Lovely cafe, not too busy on a Sunday morning/afternoon. Spacious, nice atmosphere with chill music, good food, clean, free WiFi. I ordered two smoothies (choice of two fruit in each including mango, strawberry, pineapple, peach, and banana), a veggie humus bagel, and a caramel macchiato, and it was all good and relatively treasonable prices for San Francisco (esp considering the price of crappy fast food places these days!). Service was quick and staff were pleasant. I have a large service dog so I got some curious looks from the staff/owners, but they didn’t ask me about it.

Dear Owner,
You may feel frustrated with long-staying customers, but brushing dust around them—especially toward them—is a really mean thing to do. Some customers may have sensitive respiratory issues, and your actions could negatively affect them. If you do not want them to stay long, just explain to them so they can leave or announce a time limit.

Love this place, had a medium roast coffee with a little honey and a BLT sandwich- great for lunch takeout! The place inside is really nice and cozy too, sometime want to come in to just have a nice latte or americano and read a book! Great service too!

Great neighborhood cafe to work from. Free WiFi, quiet, clean (watched staff consistently cleaning while I was there; even took away my plates when I was finished), plenty of tables and space, and a few outlets (very very hard to come by in SF). Good desserts and sandwiches at great prices to top it off!

The San Franciscan on Dutch Crunch is unmatched!! Great neighborhood spot. Clean and friendly. They even have a little library corner in the back.

Cute little cafe in heart of the Richmond. Got a veggie sandwich and the portions were great for a great price. Would definitely return and try a coffee because that’s what most people were ordering.

Cute, quiet cafe with lots of room. Solid sandwiches under $10 – I recommend the Mona Lisa. Free WiFi. Restrooms for customers only or $2 for non-customers. $5 card minimum.

I ordered a hot London Fog and waited 20 minutes while everyone before and after me got their drinks. When I asked about mine, they assumed I wanted an iced latte. I corrected them, and they assumed again it was a hot latte. Only after I made it crystal clear did they finally bother to make the right drink. And even then, it came with a half-hearted apology and tasted awful.

The whole experience was careless, dismissive, and infuriating. It made my blood boil. If a café can’t take a simple order seriously, what’s the point? Definitely not coming back. Way too expensive for no good reason either.

always happen by, today I walked in on an early Sunday …seems to be a neighborhood go-to for coffee and a bake goods… 1/4 > 3/4 dine -in > take out

sandbagging bakery goods > perhaps, correctable?
