I just have to share how amazing this coffee shop is! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of good vibes. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and her energy and aura are absolutely infectious—she’s friendly, genuine, and clearly passionate about what she does.
Everything is made in-house, from the pastries to the ice cream, and you can tell the quality and care in every bite. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home instantly.
Having recently moved here from Hawaii, I can honestly say this is a must-visit spot. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee, a treat, or just soaking in the atmosphere, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!

This café is a true gem in the area and one of the best ones around! Their custard and coffee are absolutely delightful, and the fact that they welcome dogs makes it even better. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Additionally, the upstairs space is very conducive to studying. I highly recommend checking it out!

Cafe Dulce in Augusta is such a sweet spot. The lady working there is incredibly nice, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond. She gives great food recommendations and makes sure you feel taken care of, which really sets this place apart.
The area has a cozy, calm vibe it’s nice and quiet, very clean, and just an overall comfortable place to be. There are plenty of games to play like Uno and others, making it perfect for hanging out or relaxing with friends. The playlist is also really good and adds to the atmosphere without overpowering it.
Overall, Cafe Dulce has great energy, amazing service, and a warm environment. Definitely a 5-star place and absolutely worth visiting.

Café Dulce is a secret gem! They hosted our ladies brunch in their beautiful upper room. Bridgett was incredibly kind and wonderful to work with. Their specialty sandwiches are amazing! We will definitely be back!

The good: There are so many ice cream flavors to chose from! The cake was very great! The location and environment was inviting! Besides the menu/order being wrong and not offering to fix it, the staff was nice and friendly
Neutral: they only serve three ice flavors per day, they do have dozens of others flavors in pints in the freezer for $7 tho. They were out of like 3 of the things we tried to order, but thats understandable for any small business.
The bad: we tried multiple things including cake, smoothie, cookies, ice cream, coffee, latte and hot chocolate. Unfortunately the drinks where warm at best and overly sweet and just didn’t taste that good, the pastries tasted like something I could get at the grocery store and the bacon breakfast sandwich tastes like a microwaved frozen breakfast sandwich.
The ugly: We ordered the danish (2) for $3 and got one, when we asked why we only got one they stated their menu was incorrect and didn’t offer to fix it.
To readers: please still try the place out, and support a local business, this was just my experience, maybe you’ll like the drinks and the food.

Went here for a Yelp event – The owners and employees were very kind. They offer several choices of custards as well as a variety of toppings, pastries and coffees.
I really enjoyed this event and I will certainly come back to try other tasty treats. I also love the upstairs outdoor setting.

This is one of many stops on date day with my bride. The frozen custard was delicious! My bride had a Heath and salted caramel Whitser. I enjoyed a chocolate waffle cone with chocolate custard. Delicious!
The establishment is clean and the staff are friendly. They have interior seating and an upstairs outside seating area.

With so many chain coffee restaurants in the area the quality and customer service here is unmatched. The best cortados, affogatos, and custard in town. Whether we want coffee or pastries Cafe Dulce is the household preference. The ambience upstairs is reason enough to come in and sit for a while

I was there with my family and greatly enjoyed it. We tried many items. Coffee, custard, pastry and everything tested fresh and delicious! Friendly and patient staff, since we had a hard time making up our minds! Sharing a pint of custard was also an excellent and inexpensive choice. We purchased several custard pies to take back to Atlanta, and they gave us some ice to prevent it from melting. I recommend this place for the products they sell, the service, atmosphere and variety of sitting options, including a covered balcony. Conveniently located two minutes away from exit 199 off of interstate 20
