Had a business meeting here. Had a great cafe latte. But obviously they are best known for their beignets. Can’t come here without getting those. The staff here was very nice. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of parking. It is a really nice place to meet with a friend and catch up.

Had the opportunity to visit the Metairie branch and loved the experience. Felt very homey and was greeted so nicely by the staff. The beignets were warm, fluffy, and thoroughly coated with powdered sugar. We knocked out a plate instantly! The iced cafe au lait was a miss for me but I am particular about my coffee and it was just a little too watery for my taste. Overall, great experience and recommend to anyone visiting NOLA to try!

Finally came here for my self as an adult my mom has always kept these beignets in the cabinet growing up in Texas and now coming to the actual CAFE felt like connecting to a piece of my childhood I never really explored or knew the roots of! Service was very homely and welcoming like my great great great grandmas cousin grand daughter’s niece was serving or something! Ambiance was nostalgic.
Iced coffee was amazing! Definitely was cold for hours and hours on the ride back to dallas from my Madi Gras visit!

Not too bad but I’ve had better beignets elsewhere. They were dense and chewy. I was also surprised with how much powdered sugar gets wasted because each of the bags was about a 1/4 full of it (over a cup)

Absolutely divine shop. The beignets were top notch. The hot chocolate and coffee were great. The atmosphere was semi quiet, and you were able to hear your table mates. The service was great. Definitely would recommend for a place where you just need to chill and feast on absolutely divine beignets.

They keep it simple here which I like a lot, you can slip in and out fairly easily, no muss, no fuss. They also have a drive through.
I got two bags for Beignets here, ate one in the car which do course caused a powdered sugar explosion . I had put the back within a grocery bag which kept most of the sugar from spilling, but I was unable to stop myself from nomming at one in the car.
Flew the rest of them home with my sisters where they reheated the rest in the oven and polished them off.
Overall tasty and a good experience.

The employees here are completely awful. The dark haired guy at the ordering window didn’t speak a word to us, he opened the window with an attitude and acted like we were a complete inconvenience to him. We told him we wanted to order a large Cafe At Lait and one order of beignets. He reached out his hand (as to take the payment) without speaking a word, and rolled his eyes. We went to the next window and got our order.
The inside of the beignets were completely raw and they weren’t even hot so we circled back around. The guy with the dark hair opened the window and rolled his eyes again at us. We told him and asked if we could have them remade. Then, a taller guy with a blonde ponytail came to the window. He was being completely ugly and disrespectful that we asked. He took the beignets out of the bag, opened them up and pointed to them saying they weren’t raw, that if they were raw then they would look different. He then tried to give them back after he put his hands on them. Then said very rudely with a smirk “so you want them extra done?” We responded “no, we get them here all the time. Can you just remake them please?” He storms off.
We pull up to the next window. Another gentleman gives us the order, kindly. We tried the “new order” but quickly realized they too were raw and not even hot either.
