I have never had a more satisfying meal in my life. My friend and I split the Mediterranean Muse and the Chipotle wraps. The flavors and combinations were just delicious and I’m still thinking about these wraps. I wish they were a chain! (Come up to New Jersey!) I’d eat here every day if I could. Highly recommend the Mediterranean Muse, but I’m sure everything is amazing

Excellent food and outstanding service! The hummus is super unique and extremely tasty. Ginger limeade was just perfectly sweetened and refreshing. And my husband loved his quesadilla with quinoa, avocado, and chicken (and probably some other veggies that I’m not remembering). And the soup of the day totally hit the spot! Love that they have hard kombucha! And nice little outdoor seating on a quiet street. The sprouted, maple walnuts are awesome! I just wish they had some fermented foods.

First time there and I ordered a passionate first date smoothie and a sun salutation wrap. Both were delicious! Loved the atmosphere and the service was polite and friendly! Can’t wait to go back! So happy that we have a vegetarian/vegan friendly option close by that is not a disappointment!

This location has had quite a few restaurants in the last few years, but this is, hands down, the best food that has ever been served. I was blown away but the amount of flavor in each dish, yet everything is healthy and organic!! I had the Nachos De Maria. It was a plate of nachos, topped with cheese and salad that had already been tossed with the dressing, so every single bite was perfection! My husband had the Curry Soul Good, which was savory and equally as good as the salad! We shared a Carribean Love smoothie, a combo of Mango, Pineapple, Passion fruit, banana, coconut milk & dates. It was the perfect treat to finish off the meal! You can have things plant based, vegan, vegetarian, or add in some protein, so it’s very versatile and I LOVED how environmentally friendly the whole process it (real plates/cups and compostable to go containers). I honestly can’t wait for them to open back up on Monday so I can try more menu items! Thank you Cafe del Sol for bringing something so delicious to our little beach town!!

Went here 1st time today w/ friends. Everyone got their order except my bowl of soup. Husband had to go remind them? Finally got it- tomato basil… Tasted like hot water with a hint of basil, hint of tomato juice??! Brown color- husband tried it , said it was like flavored water. Should have sent it back but didn’t want to hold anyone up. Guy said they were going to comp the soup but we had already paid at the counter? Menu prices seemed somewhat high also.Sorry, not impressed.
