Walked in and felt harangued… the person at the counter wouldn’t stop over explaining the menu and touting what was popular on TikTok, I couldn’t even hear myself think and the menu was right there in front of me. Like I’m glad you’re popular on TikTok good for you but that’s not necessarily going to influence what I’m wanting to eat for a quick lunch, so please give me a moment to read over the menu.
I ordered a turkey panini and sat to wait, the wait was about 20 mins. A lady behind the counter barked at me when I stood up as she was putting boxes into a bag, “that’s not your food!” Like woah I just stood up and was like 7 feet away from the counter. Got my sandwich and asked if the side Cesar salad was also included since I only saw one box. He told me yes and I left, drove 5 minutes to my office to eat and the entire bottom of the sandwich bread was completely soaked and mushy from sitting directly next to the salad. 🙁 I ate half but won’t be eating the other half because it’s a panini and should have a sturdy crusty bread, not doughy and wet. If you offer a side salad and it comes with dressing added please but it separately so it doesn’t compromise the bread. Paid over $17 for this drippy mess. Disappointed!
Oh yeah, I forgot the food. I had the best patty melt ever in my life with a very good and fresh side Caesar salad. You can tell the food is made with love. I look forward to trying something else on the menu the next time I’m in town.
