Café de Paris is a beautiful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and excellent food. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious.
We started with a mixed salad and a creamy tomato soup, both very fresh, light, and refreshing. The king prawn spaghetti was especially impressive — full of flavor and served in a very generous portion.
We also tried the sausage rösti, which was hearty and satisfying, and finished with the apple strudel, which was outstanding and the perfect ending to the meal.
The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and provided great service, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food, generous portions, and a charming setting.

Very good Rösti “Hawaii”. Lovely and warm place. Nice staff also.
My local friend said the fish was salty for her (and, apparently, Fridays are the fish day, at least, in Interlaken. I didn’t understood if if local thing or Swiss (FYI)).
They have tables inside/out.

Incredible first impression! The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere and the food was very tasty. Big portions that are well worth the price.
Our server, her service was exceptional—she was so attentive from the moment we sat down until we left. She made great recommendations, followed up to make sure we were happy with our meals, and was always one step ahead. Service like hers is rare and makes all the difference. Enjoyed a simple lunch here during our stay in interlaken. Although the place was busy our server was very prompt and we were fed and watered efficiently. A carafe of rose was nicely chilled! Had some noisey kids sitting behind us.
Club sandwich was a huge serve and could have done both of us. The frys were nice and hot. The salad also a huge serve too. Both dishes quite nice.
We sat under the awnings and enjoyed our short visit here.

Visited Dec 2022. The experience was unplanned, but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious! Never had such nice rosti before. The portions were decent, and the price was reasonable. Only thing is that the venue was a little crowded, which is understandable given the overall great experience.

A quite busy Sunday. We were a bigger group (5+) and went for lunch. The food was great. The burger was still very crunchy, even with the sauces and toppings.
The fries were OK, when I ate them, they were not crispy (and lacking seasoning, though this is purely based on my opinion). The Fruits served to the main dish and desert were not very seasonal (strawberries and raspberries in January?) and also dried out (Oranges and Lemons seemed like pre-cut a week ago and kept in the freezer).
Worst was the waiting time. Understandably, with two people serving the whole place. We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks and 40 minutes for our food. The server didn’t seem to hear us multiple times, as it was wuite loud inside.
Overall a good place with great food, deductions as mentioned above.

Cafe de Paris, a lovely cafe with a welcoming atmosphere. The attentive and engaging staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. However, despite the visually appealing presentation and generous portion of prawns, the spaghetti crevetten I ordered turned out to be disappointingly bland. I had to resort to adding salt and pepper to give it some flavor, which was quite disappointing.
