The three cheese fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was out of this world, they actually put it in a giant cheese wheel! the panini was really good too. We will be back!

I’m gonna start off by saying the service was slow and the old guy behind the counter with the white beard needs a lesson on customer service and friendliness. Having said that the ham and fontina panini was pretty dang good! I would reluctantly come back lol

I can’t begin to tell you how impressed how I was with my experience here.
The young man making my pasta was so sweet and polite, I wished I would have actually tipped him more.
But then the food was amazing! I can honestly say that this was by far, the BEST fettuccine and Alfredo I have ever had! Maybe it was the fresh made pasta, the Parmesan wheel or just your personal talents, either way, you guys clearly know what you’re doing!

I have been to several of the spots in the downtown market, and this has been by far the worst. $35+ in total (no tip) for a fettuccine with chicken and a beef gyro. This pasta was annihilated, the “Rosa” sauce was mid at best. The gyro was a big disappointment as I have a great gyro spot in Kzoo, and for 50% more this gyro was plain old bad. Lots of meat, sure… but very little fresh lettuce, no sauce of any kind, and I had a few super crunchy bits of carbon that was literally like biting down on a small rock. I’m guessing this is either scraped off of a dirty griddle or a pan that has too much buildup on it and has flaked off. I’m not sure the service was average for a Saturday or not, but several customers were waiting for a while and looked agitated. Not sure why I didn’t follow my gut, the guy running the register couldn’t have seemed any less interested in taking our order. Overall, I hope this was just a bad experience and not the standard. With all of the other spots here, I would think the benchmark would be high!

This place was really awesome, the owner provided me help deciding what I wanted and even let me try some of the food! He was a very lovely guy, and the food was delicious

Don’t come here if you’re hungry, I got the gyro with rice for $15 and the portion you can judge for yourself in the picture but it was small. Also got a kale salad with falafel that was medium sized but had no dressing on it ‍♂️
The food itself wasn’t bad, falafel I would say is good. The gyro is above average, the rice was okay. They also put the worlds smallest amount of taziki sauce.
I won’t come here again, when restaurants give you cheap portions and think it’s profitable they’re absolutely wrong, never coming back.

Got lunch here on a Saturday. Service was fine, there was nothing actually wrong with the food, just a distinct lack of flavor or anything to make it special.
Got an Athens Gyros pita, chicken gyros pita, and fries.

I have been to the downtown market dozens of times but today was my very first time trying Cafe de Miro and OH MY GOSH…this food is incredible! I grabbed the fettuccine Alfredo and added their delicious herb chicken. My partner tried their grilled cheese panin with smoked turkey. The men that work there were so sweet and told me I made the best choice and they were right! This is my new favorite fettuccine Alfredo! They even gave me some pistachio baklava!

can’t recommend enough!! I love their Breton village location and was so excited to see that they had Döner at this location! The Berlin Doner here was the closest I’ve had to a German döner stand in the states and came with a great salad. The Açaí bowl is also amazing.
