Food is sensational! Everything we ordered was so good. We got the menu from restaurant week and I would certainly come back to keep trying things on their menu. Service was slower than expected but very polite and prompt.

Cafe Bistros servers are its greatest asset aside from the attention to plating and food quality complimented by fresh garnishes. Our server Rene was very perceptive, knowledgeable and anticipated needs before being asked. There are not many in the industry who pay attention to a guests preferences and perceive them like he does. The food, service and pricing were all exemplary of how food service should be.

Came out here with my fiancée to visit the Red Rocks Amphitheater. We stopped by this location as the menu caught our attention. We have to say, this was an amazing experience overall. The carrots were way too sweet. But other than that, the food was fantastic. The presentation of the food was beautiful and the service was beyond what I ever expect atmosphere was very beautiful as well. This was a very nice place to go for a romantic date night.
