We shared the Cuban sandwich tonight and it was awesome! Full of flavor, but not too salty. Truly the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had! We also enjoyed the empanadas and the croquettas. This has become one of my favorite food trucks!

Ordered the empanads, Cuban sandwich with yucca fries, and croquettes and it was all absolutely amazing. They were all crispy, cooked perfectly and paired well with the beers at NOFO. The staff was awesomely friendly and helpful. I would have ordered more had I known how great the food would be. Can’t wait to go back for more!

Some of the better food I’ve ever had out of a food truck. Their cubano is great, the special mustard sauce kicks it up a notch, and the spinach/feta empanada is exceptionally delicious. Highly recommend if you see them out and about.

I’ve spent my adult life in So. Fla. So I’m fairly picky about my choices regarding restaurants. My gf and I were on our way out of town to home and thought we’d give them a try. The neighboring business’s gave them a thumbs up. So do I! We ordered a litany of items and I loved all of it. The couple that own this coach are real salt of the earth and earnestly strive to give high quality Cuban food smack dab in the middle of German-town. Is you like Cuban food or have an open mind… give this couple a try. This review is posted by just a patron and I have no dog in this fight to gain from. I genuinely and sincerely am communicating the food was stellar. Don’t miss this.
