For being a concession stand on an isolated island this is a great option if you need food while visiting. The picnic tables by the water are so nice to sit at. Our kids enjoyed having a bit of ice cream on a hot day. Don’t expect anything gourmet – but it is still a great option.

Super nice cafe with friendly and helpful staff. It’s great to know you don’t have to bring food and drinks with you before heading to the island. Prices are reasonable and honestly better than I expected for an island spot. There’s also a gift shop with lots of cool stuff like souvenirs, t-shirts, caps…And the island- absolutely amazing! A place you have to visit. Worth every penny!

It’s concession stand food. You’re not going to be writing home about this. Got the burger. Not well put together and the patty was dry and a little over cooked. Fries were done perfect and our daughter liked the tenders. Don’t complain about the prices, it’s a concession stand on an island. One of the cooks seemed to have an attitude but the cashier was a sweetheart to everyone.

The lady who sounds like she’s been smoking cigarettes since she was 12 has the worst attitude. Don’t ask any questions because her awful day and bad energy will spread over simple requests. YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, GET A DIFFERENT JOB IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SERVE.

12 dollars for a frozen hamburger. 6 dollars for frozen frys. I mean the food was not bad just insane price for cheap frozen food. Bring your own food you will he happier.

So of course being on a island with no other food service, things cost more, one cheeseburger with no fires is 11 bucks, kinda stiff, but it was tasty, and it was pretty thick, not some flat nasty patty, chicken fingers with fries was 13 bucks, but they were good. Overall it’s really convenient to have a place to go and get out of the sun to get a second wind, just be prepared to spend some bucks, staff was friendly, and professional.

The staff was very happy and friendly, great food, if youve forgotten any essentials they might have it for you to purchase, nice shaded decking with picnic tables to eat at with incredible views and one amazing experience to follow at the beach. We even had the pleasure of swimming with a manatee he would just swim between everyone out in the water minding his own business This beach is absotuly worth paying to go to. Its not over crowded what so ever and you can find great shells!

Great little place on a fantastic secluded island. The menu is limited but the food was surprisingly good! Burger and fries were particularly great. It’s nice to be able to paddle out to the island and not even have to bring a lunch. Staff was really friendly and food was quick.

We followed the GPS directions on their Google search site, do not follow them. It will get you to a dead end. We turned around and went to Honeymoon State Park to use the Ferry to get to the Cafe. Unfortunately the Ferry service is not available at the time. There is no statement on their homepage or any information that the ferry service is closed. So, pretty disappointed we couldn’t eat there, and wasted a lot of time trying to get there.
If they would post something on their homepage, it would help a lot.

Closes abruptly without notice during business hours. There are people inside but won’t open the door to serve…
