I absolutely love this place! I’ve eaten here three times in as many weeks, and it has been consistently delicious each time. The best meat pies I’ve ever had, and I’ve had them ALL. OVER. The people are so genuinely sweet and friendly, and their prices are just the icing on the cake. Wonderful place to grab breakfast, and you will never want another gas station meat pie again!

THE best breakfast spot in Ruston and it’s not close. My wife and I drive here from Monroe for the incredible food. Our personal favorite is the beignet fries, they are to die for! The service is amazing as well. 12/10 recommended

This place was hard to find on our GPS but we’ll worth finding it. Bouree is a cajun card game not played so much any more, but the name drew me in. Food was excellent with cajun flavors evident. They had beignets and beignet fries that were tasty with coffee. Meat pie was a small empanada but wonderfully spicy filling. Could have eaten 1/2 dozen but I already ordered breakfast. Servings were smallish but who needs mega breakfast? Everything was well above average in preparation and flavor. Service was Louisiana friendly.
