We really loved the atmosphere of this place. It was calm and cozy, and we sat on the terrace which made the experience even nicer.
The food was always incredibly delicious. We ordered a lot of seafood, and the portions were large and very tasty.
The waiters who served us were also very kind and pleasant to talk to, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

Sometimes, you just have to give a place a shot that is in the lobby floor of a high rise condo in Miami Beach because of the great reviews and you will get an amazing meal with great service! Had a client dinner, was originally a party of 8 but things change and it was two…everyone was extremely friendly, Ricky took amazing care of us as did Yamirka! From the view (need to come back for a sunset) to the mussels to the lobster & shrimp fried rice, every bite was delicious! The homemade key lime pie was the perfect exclamation point to this marvelous meal! If you are in the area, you HAVE to check this place out! I’m already looking forward to my next meal here…

Three of 4 of us had a great meal at Cafe Bernie. The mid-beach, canal-side outdoor patio is spacious with great atmosphere. Enjoyed the crispy shrimp tacos, fish sandwich, and crispy pork confit – all delicious. Our fourth person had the mussels and was sick within 12 hours. That was not a good experience! Our Italian Chianti Classico wine was tasty and a great price at 50% discount for Wine Wednesday. Except for one of our meals, this would have been a 4-5 star rating.

Burger came out raw, ordered a new burger and went with the server’s suggestion of medium instead of medium-rare and still came out raw. Like the exact same in wellness as the first. The plantains that were recommended by stating, “you will not regret it” were bland and I totally regret ordering

Had the best drink of my LIFE here. Get the watermelon spicy margarita. Abby took care of us and she’s the BEST. She is so lond, friendly, knowledgeable, and a great server/bartender overall. Definitely make a res if you want to sit outside! Will be coming back!

Beautiful place! staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The food was incredible as well, I had an espresso martini and it was so good. It is reasonably priced. I ordered the chocolate cake just as we were leaving and brought to the hotel, later that day I decided to have a piece and it was AMAZING! couldn’t have just a little piece. Recommended!

Just had lunch at Cafe Bernie- the best red snapper fish & chips I have ever had. Their seafood linguini for dinner is the best seafood linguini I have ever had. Their Mr Prime Burger hamburger is the best burger I have ever had even though a pickup/delivery only restaurant. I am not a foody but recognize excellence when I experience it. Additionally, their staff is polite & professional and the atmosphere very welcoming. I do not regularly write reviews. I just think Cafe Bernie exceptional
