We didn’t realize at first that Café Belô is an all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse, which is a nice surprise at a very reasonable price (listed as about $20 for lunch and $25 for dinner). However, both times we went around 1 pm, we were charged $26 for lunch, so I’m not sure how accurate their website pricing is.
On the positive side, the food is good. The salad bar has about 10 different options, plus hot sides like rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, stews, fries, fried cassava, and more. For the meats, you order from a counter where the staff shows you the cuts before slicing—this part of the service has been consistently friendly both times we visited.
The restaurant itself is large, with several private rooms available for events, which could be a nice option for parties or celebrations.
Overall, Café Belô has good food and fair prices, but the service really needs improvement. Friendlier, better-trained staff would make a huge difference. It also feels like they could use more visibility—especially since there are two other Brazilian spots in Framingham with similar or higher prices that are always busy. With some improvements, Café Belô could definitely be a place we’d want to return to more often. For now, we might give it another try in a few months to see if things have changed.
They were busy and no meat available despite being on meat line for about 20 min.
I got to eat chicken and pay same weight price.
They apologize and I understand they might have gotten busy but the meat churrasqueira needs attention from management. This is what drive people in.
Thanks
I had an incredible experience at Cafe Belo! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the outstanding service.
The bartenders Susan and Damares were absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and skilled at crafting drinks that were spot on. They made us feel right at home and elevated the whole experience with their professionalism and charm.
A special thank you as well to Ketley, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her leadership and genuine care for the guests were clear in every detail.
If you’re looking for a place with authentic Brazilian flavor, a vibrant vibe, and a team that truly makes you feel like family, Cafe Belo is the place to go. Highly recommend!
My husband ordered the grilled chicken and it didn’t really taste like anything. He said that it almost tasted as if it was only boiled, completely flavorless.
The only thing that was good was the flan, though instead of using dulce de leche to go.with it, they cover it in pancake syrup.
We won’t be going back.
We’d probably come every week. Also, everybody here speaks fairly good English now if it’s a concern of yours.
