I ordered an espresso martini (they have 3 alcoholic beverages on the menu) which cost $15, which is reasonable considering this is a vacation resort. It was fine, solid, and worth a try. The place is nice looking with plenty of places to sit.

First spot I saw when I walked into Camelback water park. It’s a win for me. Coffee, coffee,coffee!!! Lots of options, Caramel Macchiotto was awesome. Wish they had bigger cup sizes. High price, but to be expected at a resort. Service was amazing and staff super friendly. Will be here every morning for wakey wakey.

Very fast service at 10am, bacon egg and cheese sandwich was so good! The coffee was pretty good as well. Chocolate croissant was dry but the cheese danish was amazing! Very cute place with lots of seating before a mountain adventure! Pricey but would come back!

Coffee was mid. Cold brew, which is La Colombe’s most widely known product, was weak and thin. Not staffed well, as evidenced by the enormous line. Staff couldn’t keep up.

Unfortunately, my low rating isn’t based on the food—but on the inconsistent and misleading operating hours.
We were genuinely looking forward to trying the food and drinks, especially as big fans of La Colombe Draft Cold Brew. But we never even got the chance. On Sunday, we arrived at check-in (4 PM), only to find they had just closed. On Monday, after a long day enjoying the water park and other resort activities, we were excited to finally stop by—especially since the listing stated they closed at 4 AM. But to our surprise, they had already closed sometime in the afternoon. The same thing happened again on Wednesday.
If I had to guess, it seems they close every day at 4 PM—but nowhere is that made clear. It’s both deceiving and disappointing, especially for guests trying to plan around it.
I’m giving 2 stars only because of the location: it’s conveniently in the lobby and has a nice view overlooking the water park. Otherwise, this experience was a letdown.
