This is the first time I come to this bakery. I only wanted scrambled eggs and one toast for myself. I also ordered a chicken sandwich and a milk shake for my son. The cashier took my order and when I saw the ticket after paying I realized I had been charged more than a full breakfast that had proteins such as sausages and bacon. When I asked why that was I was told that next time I should order a full breakfast and remove the items I didn’t want so that it came out more economical. I can’t believe I wasn’t suggested that in the first place and ended up paying over $8 with taxes for 2 scrambled eggs not even organic eggs (she also says that scrambled eggs are more expensive) and 1 toast.

A nice Brazilian style bakery with delicious looking pastries. It is a big place inside with a side room great for events. It has a big TV.
I was in the mood for those cheese bread, that was my reason to stop in today. I was disappointed with the ones they had. They were stale and a little hard. I bought other things in the case. The name was not written in English so I didn’t know what I was getting but it looked good lol. The lady behind the counter spoke little English. It was enough to communicate how many but not what the item was. I was happy with the other pastries. They were good.

Melissa is an amazing customer service representative. The food was also amazing and great environment. Stephanie always is very helpful and makes me feel at home. Melissa deserves a raise. What an amazing experience every time. Please try the coconut cake recommended by Stephanie it was soft and made for coconut lovers. I always get my coffee from here. Kezia also has amazing customer service. Luis is always professional and courteous.

One word Excellent !!! Located not far off West on 10th St and i95. You know I appreciate great, professional service and there is no shortage here. The staff greets you with genuine smiles and treat you like family. The food was made to order which made it even better. A treat for me was washing it down woth an ice cold passion fruit drink. Cheese puffs and other delicious pastries were all made to perfect. The price is ok and the quality exceeds your expectations. There’s breakfast lunch and a sports bar attached where it is set up for live music. Go and check this place out you won’t be disappointed. We should support or mom and pop establishments.
Update 4/2/22 : Took a friend there on Saturday and we ordered the same meal that I raved about. Unfortunately, it was so salty meal was inedible. Clerk was nice and offered to make it again but we were in a hurry. That was so disappointing and hoping to give them one more attempt back to perfection. Service was great as always. I will add the new pics from Saturday. We only ate the sides and left all the steak.

No1 “Charlie-ROCK”
I walked inside trying to get a cup of coffee. The ladies at the front are absolutely unprofessional and non communicative. They ignored me and literally turned around and proceeded to talk amongst themselves. Only after me asking if someone could help me did they take my order. They pretended not to understand any English. I simply asked what kind of bakery is this and they were completely lost. Called the manager over and she translated for them. Then all of a sudden they began talking English. This place sucks!!! The coffee sucked too. Double espresso was weak. Cuban colada is way better than this place.

I stopped by Cafe & Bakery 2000 and ordered a sandwich that cost $9 before tips and tax, expecting a full-sized portion. What I got was a tiny 4-inch sandwich—barely a snack. While the flavor was decent and the bread nicely toasted, the portion size was a major letdown for the price. Definitely not a good value. Disappointed, especially since it looked like it would be more substantial.
