Great Experience!! Work around the Goochland area came in for lunch break and I got the tomato bisque soup and the orange pecan chicken salad. Food presentation was pleasant to my eyes and the taste of their soup and salad was amazing. Customer service was great very attentive and nice. Definitely coming back when around try it out definitely recommend (:

Riding by on my motorcycle in a thunderstorm, I parked underneath the old gas station awning, and ate lunch. The food was fabulous! The place smells like fresh baking bread.

A delightful surprise stop this morning. I’ve never driven by when they’ve been open, so I was excited to give this place a try. No disappointment here! Walked into a comfy, warm spot and was greeted with a friendly welcome. While waiting for my made-to-order egg sandwich, I checked out the clever small business table and even picked up a few cards. Loved seeing the customers interacting. More tables than I expected to see, and even a few outdoor seats. My sandwich was great, but since I took it to go, I need to come back soon to enjoy the cafe!

This is a Powhatan staple-known for the quality of their means and the generous portions. As with other local restaurants, the staff is welcoming and friendly. We made a breakfast stop on our way to Powhatan State Park for a morning of kayaking.

Not what I was expecting. Pancakes were very dry and khaki. They were also cinnamon flavored and almost seemed like they were gluten-free. They were also pretty small. The side of ham that we got I’ve never had served anywhere in my life. It was literally lunchmeat that had been warmed up on the stove. IMO very overpriced.
