Great spot for lunch on a warm summer day. Cashier was very helpful walking me though the menu and giving me her recommendations. Ended up settling on a sandwich meal with a side of Mac and cheese. Even though the sauce was poured on top it was more than enough once mixed in. The chicken pesto was great and I got a carbonated apple cider with that. Everything was amazing. Then you can go across the street to gear a creamy to finish off the meal. Great place to stop by. Can’t wait to be back to try more of the menu.

Great breakfast spot! We had a few different breakfast plates that were all very tasty. The apple cider is incredible and very fresh! Fairly priced and kid friendly. Definitely get there early…gets busy fast.

This is the cafe next to the shop, it’s belong to Cold Hollow chain. Unfortunately the cafe which offers cider closed 2h earlier on the day we visited which didn’t allow us taste their proper cider (or how they call it, hard cider). We returned back the second day to try the cider in the morning but it was a disappointment. They have two classic ciders – semi-dry and semi-sweet and the rest are flavoured ones (ginger, hops etc). I want to share this for anyone with celiac disease, because accuracy around gluten-free safety is a medical issue.
I called ahead to ask whether there were options that would be safe for someone with celiac disease and was told yes. However, when I arrived and spoke with staff, it became clear there was not an understanding of what celiac-safe preparation requires.
I was told a separate knife could be used, but the same shared condiments would still be used, and gluten-free bread is prepared in the same area as regular bread. There was no motivation to make this safe either. This level of cross-contamination is not safe for someone with celiac disease.
I understand that gluten-free means different things to different people, but businesses should not represent food as safe for celiac disease unless proper cross-contact procedures and staff training are in place. Clear and accurate communication is critical so customers with medical conditions can make safe decisions.
If you are GF medically l would not eat there.

Also my second time here. The flights of cider are always a good way to wash down your food, very light and tasted great. This time I had a grilled cheese with ham and tomato. This may sound simple but it was incredibly flavorful and I could have easily split it as it was a big sandwich. The cheese was very creamy. My friends also had the burger and Mac and cheese. Everything was fresh, delicious and homemade. The prices are more than fair especially for the quality. The service was more than friendly and obliging. Love the atmosphere. Very comfortable and the view is outstanding. Beautiful mountains!

We had the hot Italian panini and the roast beef wrap, both are absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend giving their panini a try because the herb focaccia is amazing: crunch on the outside from the press but such tender on the inside. Heavenly with the melted cheese.
The wrap has a maple horseradish mustard sauce that we wanted to buy from the shop anyways, so it was great to be taste it before purchasing (we end up buying it, it’s not overly sweet with the maple, which we loved)

I am a fan of hard ciders and Vermont has a great selection. We were glad to find a place to have lunch on New Year’s Day. My husband and I had the roast beef Florentine; the beef melted in our mouth with the caramelized onions. The flights are reasonably priced and worth trying all ciders on tap. Head across to the retail shop for a fresh dozen of cider donuts. The staff are friendly and helpful when making cider selections.
