Great and friendly service by our wait person, Dev!! The fries weren’t very warm for two in our party and the green beans were barely warm. The salmon was very good and the platters had a great variety of options (we had 3 of the 4 options). The salmon salad was excellent!

We were staying at one of the hotels attached to the Mall of America and went to an evening concert. When we got back at around 10:30 pm, we knew the mall was closed, but Cadillac Ranch stays open until Midnight. We were starving and even though Cadillac Ranch switches to a smaller after-hours menu once the mall closes, we decided to give it a try.
We were surprised at how good the limited menu selection was, and at how good all of the items we ordered tasted. We’ve eaten here many times and it’s always been great. And that night was no different. The food was amazing as usual despite the smaller menu, and there were even some tasty vegetarian options. The service was great too, and we love the vibe of this restaurant. When our kids were little they even got to go on the mechanical bull which they loved. So if you find yourself hungry after the mall closes, Cadillac Ranch has got you covered. Their full menu during normal hours is even better, but the pictures in this review are for food from the after-hours menu. This is a great restaurant!

Our server Jackie was awesome! I wasnt sure if I would like a particular beer option and she let me have a sample. Sure enough, I didn’t really like it and was able to purchase something I actually enjoyed. As far as the food goes, I had the pork chops, which our waitress recommended, and she was spot on, they were outstanding. If you’re looking for a place to eat at the Mall of America, you could do far worse than Cadillac Ranch.

One of the good dining places in Mall of America. Cadillac Ranch has a good interior decor and ambience. Really like the cut cadillac stuck at the entrance and inside. There are lot of screens to watch sports so I imagine it would be a packed place during a game. Specially also because the food is pretty good.

We had the best experience at Cadillac Ranch in the Mall of America. Our server was Johnathan, phenomenal service, not only did he recommend great drinks but he made us feel welcome and right at home. We had the fish tacos, chicken tinga tacos, and Rocky Mountain oysters . Delicious! I highly recommend this place you will NOT be disappointed.

Perfect spot to grab a drink and recharge while exploring Mall of America. We shared their variety platter — the cheese curds were amazing, the meatballs added some good protein, and the chips with queso were delicious. It was just the right assortment for both of us to enjoy what we were craving!
We noticed a mix-up with the couple next to us, but the staff handled it so well — multiple apologies and offering to comp something to make it right. Mistakes happen, but great service is when a team takes accountability, and they absolutely did.
Even though it was busy, we felt taken care of the entire time. Friendly service, tasty food — we’d definitely come back!

Legit amazing. Had the ranch supreme pizza. Great price and amazing flavor. This is probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. Flor was great and very helpful. Nachos were 9/10. Gluten free bun for the burgers good. Burger was juicy

Dropped in with a group of 25 guys on a Monday night and they sat us in 5 minutes. Service was fantastic beginning to end. We wanted for nothing. The refills and beer orders were filled as quickly as we could order them. The whole restaurant team did a wonderful job. Only thing… never a good way to serve a group this big. If you wait until every meal is cooked, every meal is cold by the time they come out. If you serve them as they get done, the first people are done before the last people even get food. Honestly… should probably just ask the group and explain they may want to go with the latter. The went with waiting until they were all done. Must everything was cold. The porkchops and the steaks were therefore dry as well. We all understood. It wasn’t a deal breaker.
But personally…if you follow me, you also know I like dark beer. Not a single dark beer. I got a pale ale. Not bad really as far a light beers go… but it definitely made me wish we were somewhere else, Like Cowboy Jack’s maybe. The have great dark beer options and although this experience was ok, I’d personally choose somewhere else from now on.
