The view and atmosphere is amazing! And dog friendly! Loved the live music! The food was gross. My burger that should have been cooked to medium-well but was served to me so undercooked it was mushy, hot pink and cold. It fell apart and was definitely rare. It was also so over-seasoned… so salty I couldn’t eat more than 3 bites. Portions were small for what you pay. The service was sub par. Never refilled water, when I showed my dissatisfaction with my burger no remedies were offered no questions asked. We will not be returning.

The views here are simply amazing. You can sit right on the balcony and see the beach, Gulf, and sunset. It’s awesome. We had the grouper sandwich and coconut shrimp basket. Both were pretty good. Nothing to write home about but we weren’t disappointed. I would recommend it. The service and views are worth the visit.

The service is friendly and welcoming, the food is consistently good, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and fun without feeling chaotic. It’s a perfect spot whether you’re stopping in for a casual meal, sunset drinks, or entertaining guests from out of town.
Another big plus is that parking is available, which makes the experience that much easier compared to other beachfront spots. Hands down one of the best beach bars and restaurants in Pinellas County. Highly recommended—five stars all day.

Nice place if you want to enjoy some “sports bar food” favorites while enjoying the prime Gulf Beach views, especially around sunset. The drinks menu / Happy Hour Specials are non-transparent, a bit confusing. There’s something on the menu for just about any appetite. The parking situation is a significant drawback, the parking “attendant” is not the friendliest. Be prepared to pay $5+/hour. A 2-hour stay will run you about $11. The cocktails are quite small for the price, but it’s beach-side drinking-and-dining, so you’re paying for the premium locale.

Stopped in for food and drinks. Upstairs restaurant was good with beach vibe. Outside seating overlooks beach. Food was good bar food and service with a little slow but not bad. We went down stairs for drinks on the beach and to listen to live music. Music was an acoustic guitar and great music. Drinks on the other hand were deceiving. As my daughter and friend bought drinks located on the top of the menu, the picture shows three drink sizes. They both got the cup in the middle which looks so much smaller than the Bucket. After one drink they decided to split a bucket that looks much bigger than the cup but when it showed up it was disappointingly small. Borders on false advertising. See the picture. But everything was great. Still will go back but never for those drinks.

We love this place!! My family went 2 years ago originally to Treasure island and after sitting the sand unprepared. We looked at some restaurants and this one is the best!! The food is amazing the staff are awesome and overall the view. We consider one of our favorite restaurants in Florida since we snowbirds. For anyone new, you should tip the person to give you chairs and an umbrella. Everything is a 10/10

We had a wonderful lunch. Our server, Brooke, was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating.
I had the small salad with grilled shrimp, very good. Others had the grouper tacos and grouper sandwich, and said the grouper was delicious! Amazing view, we saw dolphin swimming by in the gulf!

Food has been fresh and great tasting on several occasions. Good variety on a simple menu. Great cocktails each time. Choice sunset location. Only bad mark is the parking options. Valet or pay-to-park but I suppose the tourists might expect it.

Olivia was amazing and very sweet! Ordered the grouper sandwich and it was fabulous! Best grouper sandwich i have had hands down! And the dill tartar sauce with it was the best tartar hands down! If youre around definitely give them a chance you wont be disappointed! Lovely amazing people and food i will definitely be back!

We first made a reservation at Caddy’s Treasure Island, but when we arrived, we saw the building for Caddy’s was not open and they had a tent like structure set up on the sand and tables with umbrellas and were using a food truck as a kitchen. Since I have mobility issues and use a small scooter- I wasn’t sure how to maneuver my way in. We called a staff member over, Katie, who was so kind & helpful- and she recommended going to the Madeira location instead- and called ahead to let them know we were coming and to look for us. From the parking attendant, Jack, to the manager, Jessica, to our server, Mallory,-we were so well taken care of, it was amazing. The view of the Gulf was unbelievable and the food was fantastic. I cannot recommend this location enough. I had the coconut shrimp and my Mother had the Mahi tacos- and both were delicious and generous portions. Perfect evening, thank you
