Welcoming environment in a quiet part of town. They have one of the most unique and diverse beer selection I’ve seen in Arizona. Definitely a hidden gem . I recommend checking this place out if you have the chance.

There are so many breweries, taprooms bars around the valley. Whatever you choose to all them there’s definitely a chance you’ll find one you love or have. We stopped on our way to check this spot out since we didn’t know when we’d be in the area again. You won’t find food at Cactus Taproom so if you’re looking for a glass of whine, beer or a little of both this may be your spot. What caught my eye was they offer flights. I love flights because you get to try a little of quite a few to see what you like or don’t. When we pulled into the lot I was surprised at how small it is. There is a bar of course, a handful of high top tables and a small patio. The place was packed. We somehow managed to snag the last available table. It was full of definite locals as many seemed familiar with each other. There was one man running the bar and though very busy he was friendly, patient and no one seemed to be having to wait long for drinks. The place was clean. I thought it was cool that they offered many fridges of different beers etc to purchase and take home or of course drink while there. If you read my reviews I love sour beers and this is part of why we came here. I tried both they had on tap and unfortunately wasn’t a fan of either. We will have to come back and maybe try a few in the fridge section. I didn’t want to try anything else and risk mixing wine etc. good local spot of just wanted to have a few drinks alone or with friends.

We saw on Instagram there was a celebration happening tonight and it seemed like a great way to spend the evening. There is a great selection on tap, on deck and in the coolers. We ordered food from the outside menu and the sub and Frito pie hit the spot. It was a full house and the bingo was a lot of fun. I love that we have such a fun place so close to home!

UPDATE 10/20: Great attention to distancing practices and still a wonderful spot to hang and try what is on tap, or to grabs from the HUGE selection of beers in the cooler. Great to-go selection. And they do have food options. Always friendly staff as well as other patrons. Worth a visit and you will be back.

We love trying new local tap rooms and breweries and this is another to check off the list. They have a good variety of brews, ciders and even some wine. There are definitely regulars that were known by name that stopped in while we were there, which I always see as a good sign. They offer a small menu of snacks, menus from local places (we ordered pizza from The Rec Pizzeria, still drooling) or you can bring your own food in. They also have a good variety of cans for sale. I will absolutely visit again!

One young guy working with more than a dozen people in there and he was doing a great job taking care of everyone. Ordered a Cue pizza and salad which was very good and had a good selection on tap too choose from. Great selection of from the cooler to go.

Their fridge is fantastic. This is for me the best beer selection in the West valley, with local beers and from other States as well. You can bring your food and it is a very cool atmosphere to enjoy one drink but it can become very lively if there is a good match on screen ! Go there to grab some cans or stay and enjoy a good glass of wine/beer.
