This little place is a hit! Food is delicious as are the cocktails. Staff couldn’t be any friendlier. Atmosphere is clean. Music and sound level are perfect. I had a prickly pear margarita and al pastor burrito bowl. Everything was fresh and noteworthy. My husband had brisket tacos and queso. Highly recommended!

What a great establishment Cactus Cantina on north Hilton Head Island is. We have stopped in several time for lunch and Margaritas and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The staff is very friendly, efficient , and prepare very tasty food and excellent craft cocktails. We love how crowded the Cantina gets for Happy Hour – the sign of loyal patrons and success. Cheers.

Delicious! Wonderfully flavored meats and carefully curated toppings lead to an amazing experience. The Al pastor is incredibly juicy and moist as well as the carnitas. The sauce on the pork belly did taste as it had been burned, but I’m sure on any other day it would have been wonderful! While you pay and order upfront, the staff is very conscientious and makes sure you’re taken care of through the entirety of your meal and that you’re enjoying what you ordered. While this is just a stop on a very long trip for us, we will be back when we come across it again.

Delicious! This was the perfect stop for a quick lunch break. We sat at the small bar and had great service by one of the owners, but all of their staff is always so. The prices are great and the food is very well prepared. The salsa was fresh.The chips were warm and crispy and my tacos.I got were on the special today and they hit the spot! First I must start with how welcoming and friendly the staff at this restaurant were. Like WOW, knock your socks off friendly. Every single one of them. I felt like each and every person working came over to us and asked us how things were, made light conversation, welcomed us. I mean wow. Secondly, the food was great! While it might strike a more Tex-Mex vibe everyone in my party enjoyed our meals. The al a carte tacos were especially a big hit as well as the Bbq Quesadilla. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

Food is good but I wish they had a few signature margaritas that didn’t have that bottled margarita mix taste. Would love to see some signature drinks. The staff is the best. Always so friendly and welcoming!
