This Restaurant has a very clear theme and they definitely stick to that. Everyplace needs a theme and you better believe this place has one. I’m going to break up this review in parts.
The Scenery: They do a pleasant job with the decor where everything fits the area and it makes sense. The TVs showcase off theme content like sports when I’d expect them to be showing more spaghetti westerns or anything cowboy. The theme of the restaurant is easily 4/5.
The service: When we arrived there was a large party waiting to be seated and you could see that the staff we’re getting tables together to accommodate it. However, they neglected to even acknowledge us which hurt quite a bit all things considered, so going against their sign of “please wait to be seated” we seated ourselves.
The Service Pt 2: It was a little rough as our server had many tables that they were over and because of this a lot of extra time was spent at the restaurant waiting for refills/chips/napkins/a check where we ended up being there for about 13 minutes after our meal because we weren’t about to leave without paying.
The Food: I ordered an entree that included two sides, and our waitress was very attentive to tell me that the soup of the day was a startch just like the one side I already ordered so I changed my selection accordingly (this was heavily appreciated) when we got the food the chicken fried steak had an odd flavor and wasn’t very appealing, the mashed potatoes were fresh and AMAZING! the salad I had as a side was flavorful but without the flavoring of the dressing the salad just tasted like hard boiled eggs, which isn’t completely a bad thing, I just thought the salad would have better taste.
One small issue I had was with the portion / price ratio it felt like very small portions for the price. In the end it wasn’t a deal breaker but the thought did lurk in the back of my mind.
In conclusion, I think this restaurant on the bridge to being good dare I say great, they just have some areas to work on and for myself, I’ll be happy to meal visit again.

Food? Meh! 1 STAR!
Our waitress, Sunset, was absolutely amazing! So friendly and understanding when we had any little hiccups with our meals.
So the beef nachos come with shredded beef, I requested sour cream on the side and no other garnishes. The sour cream was grainy and tasted off.
My husband ordered a burger (honestly didn’t fully listen when he ordered, because I was happy to be ordering nachos!). The only problem he came across was with the tabasco and/or the ketchup. He always mixes the two, but this time he said something was off as well.

Boring Properties
We stayed at the hotel connected to this restaurant and stopped in for a late dinner. What a pleasure! My wife had the ribeye and I had prime rib. Both were fantastic. The service was fabulous and the atmosphere was a really cool southwest vibe. If you are near here… stop in and enjoy this restaurant!

This place was a huge disappointment. The food was awful and nowhere near worth what they charge. I ordered the smothered Chile Verde burrito and it was mostly rice. The cubed pork was barely there and honestly tasted fake and gross. The beans were old, dry, and clearly not fresh.
We also ordered the roasted prime rib medium rare, and it came out well done. Instead of doing the right thing—remaking it or comping the meal—they just offered a discount, which is not how a mistake like that should be handled. Even the Bloody Mary was nasty.
The service made everything worse. Our waiter was rushing, didn’t listen, and missed what we were asking for multiple times. We had to repeat ourselves over and over.
This place is absolutely not worth the money. You can get more food, better quality, and better service at a fast food joint. We won’t be back.

I was personally invited on twitter a while back by the owner, I put it off but I finally decided to give it a shot. I am just going to be completely honest. The food was horrific. A steak is pretty hard to mess up. An enchilada is a pretty straightforward dish. I will say the fries and onion rings were okay. I asked for my ribeye to be medium rare. It came out blue. Which I can usually deal with. It was the lack of anything else good about it that turned me off so bad that I asked for the check so I could leave. The enchilada covered in a green slime that tasted how it looks like vomit. I had a lot of high hopes. I was completely let down. Our server Bri/Bre was amazing. She did an excellent job despite our disappointment. If you guys need a cook who can do the restaurant some justice feel free to reach out.

We had the chicken enchiladas and steak Fajitas and they were DELICIOUS! The flavor is amazing, has a kick of spiciness, but it was GOOD! The service was also very attentive and kind.

The food was really good. The service was okay. I got charged extra for guacamole when I asked if I could substitute it for sour cream. Then, it took 20 minutes to refill my water.
