It has a quiet and welcoming restaurant atmosphere in the morning. The place is clean and smells nice and fresh, not at all like the usual bar. The background music in the morning is quiet so it’s easy to talk over breakfast.
Traditional American breakfast fare. This is one of the few locally owned breakfast restaurants in this area, and also a great lunch location, so it’s unfortunate that Google only lists it as a bar.
My wife and I came here for lunch and ordered a pound of wings (2 sauces) and a basket of fries. The fries were good and nicely battered. Wish we would’ve ordered a half basket though because we didn’t make a dent in them. The wings were the star of the show though. The were juicy and flavorful. I ordered the lemon pepper with a side of extra hot sauce and my wife got the honey garlic wings. Both sauces were super tasty and I’m excited to come back and try the other options they have.
On the inside the bar is huge! Definitely didn’t expect this from the outside. I’ll have to come back and check it out at night to see how it is. Seems like they have a great beer menu on draft and lots of tall boy cans available. I also hear their breakfast is good so we’ll have to try this soon as well!
Came to Cactus Moon Saloon in Everett “for one drink.” Left several hours later, slightly louder, significantly happier, and fully aware that this is now my bar.
Let’s talk about Brittany, because clearly she’s running the place whether management admits it or not. Drinks showed up fast, strong, and somehow exactly what I needed—even when I didn’t know what I needed. I’ve never felt so seen by a bartender. I ordered with confidence, she handed me humility (and an excellent drink).
The vibe is peak controlled chaos: country music, people having main-character moments on the dance floor, and that magical energy where strangers become best friends for exactly three songs. It’s loud, it’s fun, and it’s exactly what a bar should be when it’s not pretending to be “upscale.”
If Brittany is behind the bar, congratulations—you’re about to have a great night whether you planned to or not. If she’s not, just wait. Trust me.
Would recommend to anyone who enjoys good drinks, great service, and the mild illusion that tomorrow’s responsibilities don’t exist.
Will absolutely be back. Possibly against my better judgment.
The staff are always friendly and fun to talk to.
My one gripe would be that sometimes it’s hard to find seating.
