The bartender treat us very well. It was comfortable and the food was still good being as tho we got there like 9pm from traveling so late from Pennsylvania. Overall the food got here pretty quick and the drinks was great. Definitely will be back.

This place was delicious!! There portions are filling and the wait staff are so friendly. I wouldn’t recommend the porch tea – tasted watered down and didn’t have much alcohol in it. They do have good margaritas. Their small guac and colorful chips are good to share between three people. I had the fish and chips – wow! So fresh! Comes from the fish market down further down the street. Would order again 🙂 the chicken wings r to die for! Flavorful!! The Swiss mushroom burger was yummy!! The Mac and cheese was deliciously cheesy!!!! The last thing we had were the bbq shrimps !!! Goodness gracious can’t wait to eat there again – HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Went here for lunch on a Saturday. They had really comfortable AC for a hot and humid day. Our server was so friendly and attentive, and talked with us. We got a nacho appetizer, and each got a burrito or burrito bowl. All the food was good at a pretty fair price for the Virginia Beach boardwalk. I’d definitely go back if I was visiting Virginia Beach!

Our waitress was Lauren, which we joked with each other about how great our names are. She was very receptive and accommodating with the mishap we had with our food. Cons: the calamari was not worth the price, and the kids chicken nuggets (only 3, really?!) were hard and small. All other food we had was good. I had the veggie burrito and it was delish!

1st time here. We were not greeted by our waitress. When we arrived we asked for a table for 7. Only 3 of us were there, so our waitress chose not to greet us. It was a very hot day, and she should have introduced herself and asked if we wanted a drink while waiting for the others to arrive. After 10 min of being ignored…. (big place only 2 tables had people.) It was not like they were a full house. We went over to our waitress and asked for drinks. She felt her priority was filling out the sign showing the daily special. I mean, it was 2 of them working really hard on this. When she came over, she apologized, saying she was waiting for the rest of our party to join us so that she didn’t have to run back a forth a thousand times. really. We were 1 of 3 tables that had people at them.

First time at cactus jacks. Very nice atmosphere. Ex ellent service. Very clean inside. Food was very good. Best guacamole Ive had in a long time! Ordered the chicken Philly sandwich and the brisket burrito. Good flavors. Only thing is it was a little to expensive for what it was.

The ambience is cool. Shrimp tacos and ribs are to die for! Nothing special about the beef taco or the seafood boil. Gratuity is included, bring cash there’s a fee for using a card.

Lauren is a wonderful server, the juicy magic IPA is really smooth for an IPA. the mango salsa is very mild in spice. I really liked my taco trio.
