Had lunch at the Cactus Grill on Friday and the food was really good. I had the cheese burger and it was huge. The wife had chicken Tinga and she really liked it. Homemade Rosemary bread with herb butter is complimentary. I highly recommend trying the Cactus Grill when in Meridian.

This is the Cornish Hen. The lemon sauce was almost too much, but the cook and flavor of the hen was phenomenal. Didn’t know this hidden gem existed in no where Meridian. Worth the stop. It’s a little expensive, so be prepared for a little sticker shock. The food is worth it though.

Wow! Everything was incredible. I usually don’t get pasta but I loved the blackened chicken pasta and my husband loved his burger. Bread and butter had so much flavor. Can’t wait to go back!
