The good reviews are quite deceiving. I’m not sure what we just got but it was insane. I’ve never had “coffee” so bad. I don’t know if the person working was new or just doesn’t know what they’re doing, but as a barista of 10 years I can say that was genuinely the worst coffee of my life. I wish I could get a refund but I’m just going to leave a review. If you’re feeling like trying something new today, don’t let it be this shop. I will also add, I asked a few questions, and not a single one of them was known.

Stopped by this coffee shop on my way to Sanford and found it to be a hidden gem. I had a very tasty dirty chai. The business has a number of other businesses in there from CrossFit to massage and chiropractic services. Barista was very nice and knowledgeable.

I LOVE this place! Their smoothies are the best. Banana’s Foster is my favorite and get that just about every time I come! I can’t speak on their coffee’s but I trust that it’s just as great. I’m a Registered Dietitian and I’d highly recommend this location as a great smoothie place. They are very allergy friendly and offer ingredient alternatives or add-ins to make the smoothies lower calories or higher protein to match your nutrition needs.

Cactus Creek Gourmet Coffee is located inside of a building labeled “The Collective”. It houses several businesses inside of it. The coffee shop is in the main lobby and there are doors to access the other units for the other businesses here. The barista this morning was so helpful with advising the nondairy options available and creating/splitting a special request for my children. The layout of the main lobby is openly spaced with some seating. The biggest perk was the availability of toys for small children! They had a mini arcade game of Mortal Kombat, TVs, and an Xbox as well. This was the perfect spot to pop in for coffee with an old friend while my children played. Thank you so much Cactus Creek for a lovely environment this morning!

I love this local coffee shop! We get our fresh coffee beans from here, and they grind them for us too. I also like to get a smoothie from the special menu or a Lavender honey latte. Taylor is a great barista, and never steers me wrong on a good drink!

Loved this place! Carter was fun and kind and made an excellent honey lavender latte. He also let me sample some espresso before buying a bag of their delicious locally roasted espresso beans. We had a lovely conversation and he gave me some great advice for the local area including some farmers markets and things to do.
This coffee shop is in a building with some other small businesses/shops and a gym. I’d highly recommend checking the place out.

I was enroute from Fayetteville to Raleigh and decided to go via Sanford. A morning pick me up was brewin’ in my mind and I wanted to support local. A quick search for coffee along the route brought up Cactus Coffee in Spring Lake. To my surprise, it was a great find and I will be a return patron.
There is plenty of parking out front. I walked into a new looking building with art work on the white walls and coffee aroma filled the air. The owners were working themselves and were extremely friendly. I ordered a mocha latte and a caramel macchiato. Both were piping hot, delicious, and not too sweet. Perfection!
The owners also have a meeting space and a gym attached to the coffee shop. This spot will now be a must visit during my travels through Spring Lake.
