The service, and atmosphere was very nice. The food was expensive and lackluster. I had the brisket burrito and it was just ok. The chips were fresh and the salsa was tasty though! If you want authentic Mexican food, I would search elsewhere. All things considered, the food was palatable, and the service was excellent!

So tasty, but nothing to write home about. We ordered the empanadas and shrimp for appetizers, then the tacos and chimichanga as main courses.
Total came out to about $80, pre-tip, spent a flat $100 total. My beans were a bit dry and the tacos were not that great (for my personal taste), but all of the rest of the food were good.

We stopped by Cactus in Bellevue for a quick bite before heading to a company/team event, and it turned out to be a great choice. We ordered nachos and guac for the table, and both were spot on fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we needed for a quick, satisfying stop.
A special shoutout to Jenise, our host, who was fast, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She made sure our orders were placed quickly, kept things moving smoothly, and helped us with both the food and a couple of drinks, which we really appreciated given our tight timeline.
Overall, it was a great experience easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back when we have more time to actually sit down and dine properly.

Cactus at Bellevue Square is a place I genuinely enjoy because the food is amazing and consistently well done. Everything I’ve tried has been flavorful, well-seasoned, and satisfying, and it never feels like a typical “mall restaurant” experience. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, though it does get a little noisy at times, especially during busy hours. It’s also on the pricier side, but the quality of the food and drinks makes it worth it in my opinion. Service has been friendly and efficient, even when the place is packed. Parking can be a bit of a hassle since it’s Bellevue Square, but that’s expected. Overall, despite the noise and higher prices, I’d absolutely come back anyway — the food alone makes it a solid, reliable spot.

The food options i felt were fairly limited. Most have some element of a spicy or kick to it and compared to many other Mexican restaurant menus seemed limited in choices. I frequent some other Mexican restaurants that have fresher chips than this place. The chips seemed texture wise to not be that fresh. And the salsa i felt not as chunky fresh or options there either, at least options weren’t offered like other places. I feel like there are better mexican restaurants in the area for food but this is nice location basically at the mall. The atmosphere was very nice and the service very friendly and relatively attentive. I think my ratings are fair here given comparison to other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Always love Cactus, and their locations are consistently excellent. Prawn fajitas are delicious, don’t miss out on chips & guac. They have great options for carnivores, pescatarians, and vegetarians. Highly recommend the butternut squash enchiladas for vegetarians. Service is always friendly and food is promptly served.

Jose provided excellent service and the Jackfruit Tacos were delicious . Jose asked if I had been there before and I said that it was my first time . After my meal the manager brought over a complimentary Flan because I was a first time customer ! Tens across the board for this dining experience. Thank you !

Our waiter Sam was excellent. He is a top dawg! He made the visit pleasant and made sure we were never without anything refilling chips drinks etc without asking.
Atmosphere is busy with latino music.
