We ordered a hoagie tray and pizza from here for a graduation party, and everything was a huge hit! The hoagies were fresh, loaded, and disappeared in no time. Same with the pizza, everyone kept going back for more! Super delicious and definitely a crowd-pleaser. We’ll absolutely be ordering again!

I been a customer since 1970 in the original Cacias bakery in South Phila. I feel the bread is the best. The sandwiches at the Cherry Hill location, delicious. My favorite being the Roast Pork sandwich on a seeded roll, Broccoli Rabe, Cooper Sharpe Cheese, and a Long Hot. Try it you’ll like!

Cannolis were ok. Staff was really great and helpful. Cannolis filling had sour taste, and also tasted burnt? Mouse droppings on top of pizza display box on the lower part of the hot pizza bar..

Can’t say enough good about Cacia’s. Discovered them a few months ago. 100% satisfied every time. If you haven’t tried them…they’re truly a hidden gem. This place is a MUST.

Great little Bakery. Tried almost all the Pizza’s there and loved all of them. BEST Cannoli’s I’ve ever had (beat the Cannoli King in New York and the Cake Boss) and they’ve got the best service ever. Joanne’s a sweetheart, genuinely such a sweet woman that made the whole experience of getting something there 10x better. Will be back for both, the great service and good food.

It’s unfortunate that I need to write this and I know it won’t make an ounce of difference, because of all patrons that go to them for their bread and pizza.

Ordered my food for the first time ever from Caccia’s Cherry Hill. Half a tray of Chicken Piccata, Chicken Cutlet and full tray of Penne Vodka. I’ve had their food before, from other gatherings I’ve attended, and it was good. People (some of my guests) referred me there so I thought ok I’ll order from them.
Now I’ve had chicken piccata before and it’s supposed to have lemon/lemon taste in it. Right? Well this one did not. It was more like a very tasteless Marsala. My guests barely ate, and had to settle for the dry chicken cutlet. Now I couldn’t complain on the day of because by the time we ate, Caccia’s was closed.
My husband called the following day and Steve returned our call and they spoke. All seemed understood and good. Now it was understood that we were going to get a refund, that’s what he said, a refund for the chicken that was barely eaten. Couple days went by and my husband was asked to pick up the envelope of cash for the refund. When we opened the envelope we find that we only received $30 back. According to Steve it’s because we ate half of it. Now that was not the understanding nor was that even explained when my husband and him first spoke. He claims now, after the fact, that it’s because it was half eaten. It was not half eaten as you can see from the picture below, (that pic was taken after the party was over) and there was still that dry chicken cutlet (which by the way we didn’t even complain about) left as you can see from the picture as well. My guests barely ate the chicken because not only was it not what we ordered but it was tasteless. Steve said well we ate half of it and it was edible so there you go. I said what choice did I have, you were closed and I had to feed my guests something. He said well it’s chicken piccata it’s just not the way you think it should be made, it’s made differently other places.
I said that’s fine. I’ll take my $30 and just not return and he said that’s fine, very obnoxiously and hung up. Cause he knows that business still keeps rolling in for their bread and pizza. So what’s one less customer. And honestly it’s not because of the money but more because of the misleading and attitude. So I’m glad I had my first and last experience with them, learned my lesson. Thanks for the tasteless food, which some of my guests, who are also customers of yours, but not anymore, said was tasteless and not piccata!! Finding out that sometimes the food is even inconsistent.

I try to stop at Cacia’s whenever I am traveling in NJ. I’ve been at several of their NJ locations. I have never been disappointed. I stopped here today and I always get the 12 slice deal. My son got a chicken parm sandwich and I grabbed a long seeded roll as well. I love their tomatoe pie and the one I got today was delicious. The sauce is awesome and the dough and crust is amazing. I usually bring it home, heat it up for dinner and drizzle some top shelf olive oil on it. Man, the tomatoe pie is the bomb!! Their rolls are always great as well. I love this place and I am always super happy whenever I walk into Cacia’s!!

This establishment is sneaky with their prices. Charged me $32.00 for a Stromboli and six slices of pizza. Quality has gone down hill too.
