Food was so good I didnt even take a picture. Salsa bar was on point with crock pot frijoles included and cooked onions. Everything homemade yum. I ordered on of every type of tacos and it didn’t disappoint. Fries served super fresh. But the hospitality was even better! I will definitely come back. Prices were affordable. Horchata and juice super tasty!

Ordered 2 tacos campechanos, 1 pastor and 2 birria(1 not pictured). Birria was by-far the best one. Place is chill. Salsa bar was great and so were the salsas. They also have self-served pinto beans and grilled onions w/ jalapeños. I’d eat her again.

First time I tried it when they recently opened it was pretty good. second time which was today, I ordered a carne asada burrito with everything. Meat lacked flavor and there was a lot of fat/rubber part attached to meat didn’t enjoy it much (see pic for reference) that was last half of the burrito the other half i just ate it cause i was hungry. Food was meh. Service was decent.

My family and I were craving tacos, but did not want to cross to Mexicali…this place hit the spot!! The tacos are good. I had The Cachanilla and loved it! My dad likes tripas and he loved his too! The bar has all the salsas, pickled onions, repollo, but the highlight is the Chile’s güeritos. Yum!! We came back the next morning and had the chilaquiles for breakfast which were delicious. We do. Not live in Calexico, but we hope this place stays open because we would definitely keep coming back!! Thank you Jesse for the great customer service.

Food is overpriced for what they end up serving. The manager is cool try’s to make it better giving out discount but it shouldn’t be like that. Tacos where small and meat was tasteless seemed like its been re heated several times. Torta was horrible they buy those long bakery breads from walmart split in half and had literally a small scoop of meat, guacamole less than that. Salsa bar looked unattended and it did not seemed to be fresh no beans. Overall experience was bad food wise. I did get a discount but felt i just had to get up and leave to bad i had my small children. The manager did try to make it better but when your problem is in the kitchen no discount solves it. Wanted to give a chance to local business and this is what i get.

We were looking for something good and fast so we can eat in the car and voila, we found this cute place, I wasn’t disappointed, delicious hot and yummy food, excellent service. We ordered burritos and tacos, I was surprised because there was no rice and beans on the burritos… Sooo good, highly recommend, I will come again for sure!

Great food, friendly staff. I’ve had three of the items on the menu, and they were all good. Really good salsa bar, with grilled peppered onions and several types of salsas. They have one really thick salsa that I’ve never seen anywhere else, and may just be the best salsa I’ve ever tasted.

This Calexico/El Centro taco spot is an absolute must-try! I sampled a variety of tacos, each more delicious than the last, all at incredibly reasonable prices. The exceptional customer service made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Their signature black salsa is simply divine – I even begged for the recipe! My friend raved about his burrito and we both agreed this was a total lucky find.
