My family and I dined here twice in one week last week and both visits were seamless from start to finish. We had the privilege of being served by Danielle both times, and she truly delivers a fine-dining level experience. She was attentive without hovering, genuinely warm, and clearly invested in making sure we were pleased and well cared for. Although I grew up in the area, I moved to Las Vegas 25 years ago. I have enjoyed many exceptional dining experiences in LV, and Danielle is that high level. I was home for my mother’s funeral, so her kindness, etiquette, and professionalism meant more than I can say. On top of that, the food is obviously absolutely out of this world, easily the best restaurant in the area. I sincerely hope Danielle is our server every time I’m back home! PS: My Aunt always orders the lasagna, but EVERYTHING on the menu is outstanding!

It was my first experience since Cacciatore’s moved from the small mall.
Wonderful atmosphere complete with Italian music playing in the background.
I started my meal with warm bread and a glass of Chateau St. Michelle is a white wine with a nice crisp taste.
I ordered Mediterranean stuffed mushrooms. A wonderful taste of herbs spinach and feta. Next was my salad with thousand island dressing.
Followed by my main course of Tortellini with roasted garlic sauce, topped with shaved parmesan cheese. If I had known how much food it was going to be, I would not have eaten the bread. The dish was perfectly cooked, the parmesan cheese, spinach, and cream sauce gave it a wonderful taste. I really couldn’t taste the garlic in the sauce, still and amazing dish.
Dessert was a slice of Chocolate Fudge cake. Need I say more, nope.
My waitress Damianne was wonderful with great service.

I will be back to try other dishes.

This is one of my favorites for many reasons. The bartenders are always a joy to visit, the food is truly SO good. Everything I try on the menu surprises me. Try the appetizers, meatballs, tenderloin tunnel, the pizza is top notch that you’ll eat your crust! Try garlic pizza with ricotta and hot red cherry peppers! The atmosphere is nice and I like that you can step outside to a covered patio as well. Ample parking. I would buy bottled water instead of tap here.

Came in on Thursday night for dinner. It gets pretty busy but it’s worth the wait. I had the crab stuffed mushrooms, and the rigatoni bolognese, the chicken masala was also delicious. I had a Manhattan as my drink. It’s misspelled on their menu but it tasted good lol. Our waitress was Cora, she is wonderful!

Excellent food, excellent service!! 2nd time this week we came here. They really have things down to a science. They time everything perfectly, so there’s not a long wait for anything at all!!!

Their food is amazing. Every time we visit family, we make sure we save a meal to get takeout from Cacciatore’s. Our 6 and 9 year old kids love the food as well. It’s money well spent.

I’ve been to this place a couple of times when I lived in the area. I moved a couple years ago and haven’t been to the restaurant in quite some time.

I was pretty impressed with the atmosphere and the service. The waitress was very kind and understanding and the front of house staff were exceptionally friendly.

As for the food. I loved the free bread. It was baked fresh every time you got a new basket. I ordered the Chicken with the white wine and garlic sugar with mushrooms. As it was a dinner, I got a side salad and side of pasta. The pasta was their house made spaghetti with red sauce. I’m not really a spaghetti person, but theirs was really good! I was even more impressed with the side salad. The lettuce mix was fresh, same with the veggies that came on it as well. Their balsamic vinaigrette dressing was very tasty and truly brought the salad together.

As for my main course, the chicken was good, but I wasn’t all that impressed with it. It wasn’t very well seasoned and the sauce it came in was lukewarm. I still ate it because I was hungry, but I was very tempted to send it back or order something else. I know a lot of their other dishes are probably better than this one, but I was slightly underwhelmed with the Chicken dish.

Overall, it’s a decent Italian restaurant, especially for this area. I would definitely return (I would just stick with their pasta). Keep in mind that they are usually really busy. Wait times are anywhere between 20-60 minutes depending on the day. If you are okay with waiting 20+ minutes for some decent Italian food, then this place is for you.

Small old school Italian place. Delicious and service spot on. I had the grilled prosciutto wrapped mozzarella, bruschetta, and the fettuccine Alfredo. Everything was exactly as you would want. I highly recommend.

Ever since enjoying Cacciatore‘s the first time I have wanted to stop back again. I finally had the opportunity towards the end of October 2019 to stop and have dinner with my wife and youngest son as we made a swing through PA and New York for a little sightseeing and enjoying the changing leaves. We had another wonderful dinner at Cacciatore‘s the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella is to die for as well as all the other dishes we tried. The service was spot on we very much look forward to stopping back in the future.

Wow! Up to Vestal to visit relatives. We were hungry for Italuan, so trolling the web. Came upon Cacciatore’s so decided they sounded like a yes. Asked hotel agent where was hoid Italian and he said Cacciatores! We didn’t ask specifically, but that was his suggestion. But! Its restaurant week! We called before we left hotel andvwere told 1 – 1.5 hour wait, but bar seating not reserved, just 1st come 1st served. So we went. This place does NOT have big signage, but parking lot full and so was the inside. Got bar seating within 15 mins. Food great! Service great! Go here!
