In the beginning, on August 7, 1985, Cabrera’s Family Restaurant first opened their doors to the locality of Arcadia California as a business venture of Mexican-American restaurant. Today, Cabrera’s Mexican Cuisine operates and owns 3 localities with a professional enterprise that specializes in Mexican-American food and other dishes that are served with a very Mexican style. The personalized focus of Cabrera’s Mexican Cuisine, combined with the recognition of the business, serving delicious and fresh food, provides our various ranges of clients with a unique consistent experience. I was really excited to try this restaurant based on the reviews. When we walked in, they were busy. It is a smaller establishment and they did appear to have a lot of staff. We ended up getting sat right away and the person who sat us was very friendly.

Great people work here and the food is authentic, fresh and delicious. Chili rellenos are extra special good. Fish tacos awesome big serving. Chips and salsa fresh and tasty. Nice bar with really great drinks here too…Cabrera Special Margarita and the Mango margarita were perfect with the meal. Really appreciate the birthday celebration tradition here and singing throughout the restaurant.

The food and margaritas are gorgeous and just as delicious as they are beautifully made and presented. Our waitress was delightful and very helpful. We had a great time there. I even had enough food to take home. Highly recommend! We were wondering why we had never been there. We’ll definitely go again, when we’re in the area.

Lovely Mexican restaurant with great parking, great staff, and most of all great food. I don’t live in the area but was visiting some family and decided to give it a try. They have a great menu filled with lots of option and the wait staff was very accommodating to my families food allergies. I decide to try the trio fajitas which included steak, chicken, and shrimp. It was so good and enough for 2 people to share! All the portions were great sizes of everything I saw the family order. They take reservations if you call ahead of time.

Came here for Taco Tuesday! Tacos are $1.50 per piece (soft) and $2.50 for hard shell. A lot of protein. Great atmosphere to be in. There’s a parking lot behind with ~15-20 spots. So be prepared for street parking during peak hours!
