Reviews
Even through the drive-thru, the quality is top-notch—perfectly made, great temperature, and you can taste the care in every sip. Fast, consistent, and always delicious. Cabin Coffee has ruined all other coffee places for me. If you’re driving through Papillion, this is a must-stop. Already craving my next Tumbleweed! Five stars, no question!
I received an update from Cabin Coffee who apologized for the drink and did offer my next drink free of charge! Great customer service and I will be back to try them again soon!
This was my first time ordering from Cabin Coffee as I heard so many good reviews about them. I had ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Frappe and it looked nothing like the picture in the mobile app. The drink was bland and had no strawberry flavor whatsoever. There was also no coffee in it either and just tasted like a vanilla shake. As of now I would not recommend them unless I hear back from support about what happened.
The workers were all extremely friendly, however, they asked me twice at ordering and again at the window what I was ordering and everything that came with it (asked if it was the cinnamon roll mocha three times, asked if it was iced twice, and asked about whip cream multiple times)… which is fine, I know people are probably learning but I was the only one in line so I was confused.
I also did not expect a $1.50 upcharge for oat milk – which might have been on me if it was listed on the menu – however I can’t have dairy so I don’t have an option. It’s a bit of sticker shock when most other places offer it for $1 upcharge or even $0.75 at some spots.
I was also charged $0.75 for “full flavor” when all I did was order the cinnamon roll mocha? I’m confused about how all this shakes out and how a medium drink with oat milk costs $8
Lastly, the iced latte definitely tastes like cold brew, not espresso. So if that’s something you like, the iced latte is definitely for you! But not what I was expecting and not worth $8 in my opinion.
In our group of 4 people we ordered a mix of hot & iced lattes, and of different sizes. They tasted like plain milk. It was so bad I actually went through the drive through of a different coffee shop and ordered a shot of expresso to add to it. I overheard the people in line ahead of us of saying something like “Yea it’s good isn’t it? It doesn’t even taste like coffee”. True words.
The staff was friendly and ordering was easy.
Overall, a good place to stop if you’re just looking for food or enjoy very sweet coffee.
