Service with a smile. Beer was cold and tasty. But the ribs ? Such a miss. Disappointed is putting it nicely. See slow smoked ribs and came in with high hopes and was served something that was clearly boiled. Tough. Bland. Coleslaw was what you’d expect from a generic deli. Beans were decent. Steer clear of the ribs.

Really good food, friendly staff, and large servings. We ordered the Barnyard sandwiches and they were delicious. One side of potato salad and one side of baked beans, also delicious! We were the only ones there so service was fast. We paid about $30 for the two lunches with fountain drinks.

Came out with some friends and stopped in for a bite. The waitress said the brisket was good, so I had a sandwich with a side if their homemade beans. Brisket was tender and juicy, dip was flavorful, and the beans were thick and tasty. Washed it down with some ice tea, perfectly strong, and now I’m ready for a nap.

Great smoked meats. I had the brisket on a brioche was smoky and so tender just melted in your mouth. Others with me had pulled pork and bbq chicken. You have your choice of sides. I had the house Cole slaw it was perfect with my brisket.

My coworker said Cabin City Q was good BBQ and he was under-exaggerating! The pulled pork sandwich with their sweet & spicy BBQ sauces is delicious and the fries are crispy yet fluffy. I haven’t had BBQ this good since I lived in North Carolina! Looking forward to coming back and bringing my wife here.

Visiting from British Columbia, a local police officer recommended this place to us while we were passing through and lost in St. Maries and asked for directions. We needed some breakfast and this was a good call, as wife and I really like small-town diners and this place did not disappoint. Good meal for good value and our friendly server kept our coffee cups filled and warmed.

(Just wanted to say that 4 years later it’s just as awesome!) Wow!!! Yesterday we stopped at Cabin City Q, and boy am i glad we did! My husband had an amazing prime rib dip sandwich with wonderfully crunchy fries(& great fry sauce), and i had the Barnyard (pulled pork, pulled chicken and tritip, all of which melted in your mouth) with home made baked beans with onions and peppers. I’m hungry just thinking about it! Can’t wait to return to St. Marie’s so we can stop in again. Great food, good prices, friendly service = awesome experience!
