Located in the Graduate Hotel, this is a great place for breakfast. The prices of food are higher then Big Bad Breakfast for less food but it is in a hotel and there is a better ambiance. The coffee here is fantastic though. Service is good- you order at the counter and they bring food to your table. The chicken biscuit was good but the $1.50 for cheese was a bit much being it was a very thin slice of cheese like you would get wrapped in plastic as a kid.

had the chicken biscuit and a green tea for breakfast. cashier was super cheery and friendly. the restaurant felt like a lovely, cozy hole in the wall. the biscuit was so buttery it felt like it was melting in my hands. the green tea was a perfect temperature and very jasmine-y. had a great time! it was a little pricey but i expected that.

Not the best tasting coffee. Kitchen closes at 2PM. Therefore, this place is more like a very limited kiosk. Really not much variety of things to offer, especially after 2PM. Nice relaxing seating area, though, both indoor and out. Having a misting fan outdoors would be a plus.

Very clean and calm atmosphere. The employees are so lovely and helpful. Great selection of food and beverages. One of my favorite places in town to do work or relax on the patio while watching locals shop and enjoy their morning.

Waited 10 minutes as barista was mysteriously gone. Eventually received literally the worst cappuccino I’ve ever had. Should have gone to the gas station across the street. Had two sips and the wife and I left in the table.

The food used to be so good… not sure what happened but we just paid $45 for breakfast are so disappointed. The food and coffee are both just not good. Sad

Great atmosphere and nice workers. The food and coffee is terrible. Save your money and go across the street and eat anywhere else.
