And you don’t have to worry about The nutritional information because it’s right there on The lidwhen you get the bowl, the calories the fat, the carbs all the information is right there and the ground turkey taste exactly like ground beef. You can’t even tell the difference! they will heat up for you or you can Take it home and do it yourself so that way it won’t be cold when you get home even has a tray you can pop right in the microwave to warm it up. I’m still glad I found this place. Can’t wait to go on my journey with you.

I had Cabell’s for the first time today and can’t say enough good things!
Not only did they have a wide assortment of to-go meals to choose from, all were healthy with great macro ratios for those wanting to watch protein intake. The meal was DELICIOUS and very affordable, especially considering the quality. You can heat up meals or take them to go.
The staff and owner were very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Additionally, they offer a meal card if you are a potential frequent flyer.
This would be a great place to know about if looking to improve your diet but you don’t have the time to do a lot of cooking yourself.

The meals are delicious and healthy, and being able to get meals from Cabell’s helps out a ton on weeks when my husband and I don’t have time to meal prep. The chicken tinga and braised chicken and beef meals are great! The owner is super friendly and personable. The Venezuelan food they offer on Saturdays is really good too
