I have to say that I am very disappointed and discouraged from coming back. I have been a consistent customer since I was a child in the 2000s – now, and for many years, both the service and the food were impeccable. My mom and I even used to come here on our own, just the two of us, because we loved it so much.

It saddens me that complimentary baskets of chips and dip are no longer offered, and I’ve noticed a decline in the quality and flavor of the dishes. The pupusas and red sauce, in particular, were underwhelming. I always order the cheese with loroco, and this time it tasted surprisingly bland. I honestly don’t know what happened, but it’s disappointing to see such a beloved restaurant’s standards drop.

Prices have gone up, which would be reasonable if the food still matched the high quality it once had. This was, by far, my favorite spot for pupusas. I plan to return in 2–3 years to see if things have improved, but I truly hope they can restore the heart and soul that made this place special. The staff remained fair and attentive, but the magic that used to define this restaurant feels lost.

I highly recommend dining here. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was welcoming and incredibly attentive, and the warm ambiance truly made me feel immersed in Salvadoran culture. I visited with my family, and it was our first time trying Salvadoran food. We loved everything we ordered the beef soup, tamales, skirt steak, beans, crema, and chips and much more. Honestly, everything was delightful, and I can’t wait to return!I highly recommend dining here. It was horrible. The food was disappointing. The men were rude towards the server. Men kept looking at me and my mom. The place smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom was disgusted and they also charged us extra money for a coffee. The menu said $2.85 but charged us $4.

Very cute restaurant, very authentic. Food was not that good, I expected it to be better. The waitress was rude, she was making a big deal just because I wanted the sour cream on the side for my meal. She also never came back, someone else ended up taking care of us.

I had an incredible experience during my first visit to this Salvadorian restaurant! The pupusa was absolutely delicious, and the carne asada was cooked to perfection….so juicy and tender. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I enjoyed every moment of my meal. On top of that, the customer service was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home.
I can’t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious! I had the opportunity to try REAL Caribbean food without going to the Caribbean. I tried tostones in the past in Puerto Rico and these were so authentic. The fried plantains were amazing! The chicken was moist and it literally melted in my mouth. Great place!

The food is ok, not bad but Its not worth the price.
Overpriced homemade food .
Then they add a 18% tip for the service they provide is crazy.
PLUS!!! They charge you a 3% if you use a card. That’s ridiculous. Not worth it.
You can find a better restaurant in brickell for the same price or more but better. Not recommended

2.3⭐️ The reviews must be old because they don’t objectively represent this place. The only food we could finish were pupusas, tacos fritos, platano maduro, and yuca, but you can find much better here in Miami by a long shot. The churrasco was terrible at that point that I could not have more than a couple of bites or even take it to go — I NEVER do that — questionable quality, crazy greasy, and inedible. Juices were a big pass. The ambiance is outdated and mixed with a small store. The service is nice and friendly.

This place is a gem hidden in plain sight. I visited for the first time with a friend today and was impressed with the quality of the food, the genuine warmth of the servers, and the tremendous value.

I had fried pork chunks with sauteed onions, Moro rice and sweet plantains. It was delicious and more than I could eat in one sitting.

If you’re near Brickell, stop by for a bite!
