For my first time, I took my granddaughter and nephew yesterday, got a water ice for my granddaughter got a water ice that they say they make fresh everyday it tasted like freezer, I spent for a small for $3.25 and it was only filled to the rim , sorry to say it’s not worth the hype, rather go to Rita’s.

They clearly advertise banana boots on their menu. I have been coming here since they opened once a week treating the kids ice cream banana splits. They were putting them in a cup now I get here today and the girl decides to tell me I’m not allowed to get it in a cup anymore as a banana split because I have to pay each topping separately and make it a Sunday. Each topping is $1.15 not only was rude and I explained to her that the other girls were making bananas splits in the white cups. I can’t do that anymore. I’ve never seen her before but for now for what I just paid for, the other ice cream stand I don’t know what happened to the owner or whatever the other guy he used to be on the store and it was kept well

You know that frothy bit you get at the top of a root beer float? Well that was my entire $5 root beer float. Drank the whole thing in less than 30 seconds. It was really just a root beer froth.

Excellent icecream I will definitely recommend this place usually, but today may 6 ; my daughter 2 grandsons and myself ordered from there the girl hands my daughter the Galoti it was almost all vanilla ice cream hardly no water ice also the root beer float was more of a milk shake it was gross I don’t think we will be ordering anything anymore

2 Scoops of “Cookie Dough Ice Cream” Almost $5 … took a bite of it, it had a coffee taste to it. “I think there’s something wrong with this ice cream, it taste more like coffee flavor” … apparently that is the flavor of the cookie dough ice cream they carry … “could I have a different flavor then?” … well because there was nothing actually wrong with the cookie dough, I was asked to purchase the new ice cream. I honestly can’t believe it’s $5 for 2 small scoops of ice cream … I should have just gone to the store and bought a whole carton of ice cream, it would have had the expected taste and it’s on sale for $2! Overall the water ice was reasonably priced (and quite tasty), the staff was overall ok … I was just shocked that I was asked to purchase the second ice cream becuase the first didn’t taste right, its street parking (next to a bus stop) and a huge downfall is that they only accept cash. I may try them again, but would not suggest the cookie dough!

I love your ice cream! It takes away the enjoyment of purchasing your product when your server plays with her hair does not use gloves or wash her hands before serving the customers. Please don’t play and pull your hair while serving the customers. Or use gloves.

Poor management and mediocre water ice. Swindled me out of money. Did not honor the buy 1 get 1 coupon I had from the entertainment book. Coupon said “bogo any item, maximum discount up to $5”. Item I got was $5.20. NO WHERE does it say “if item is over $5, we deny the deal”. You are supposed to discount $5 off of the total price. I will be calling entertainment and complaining about them. Even Rita’s water ice knows how a coupon works. First and last time here.

This is one of those places where everything is good. The workers are pretty chill and they have a good variety without it being overwhelming. Dou to them using real fruit most of the time you might bite into the skin
