Best quiche I’ve ever tasted. My husband has never eaten quiche before, and he fell in love! The pies were baked fresh on the spot. Mrs. Kathy added to her awesome pies a friendly, personable southern hospitality that makes you want to come back even though it was a bit of a drive for us!

newish to Memphis area and looking for dishes to bring in for small party. Drove 20 miles to try the quiche. didn’t know needs one day ordering at least. only whole quiche sold, no single servings. Fortunately someone did not pick up their order by 2pm when I showed up. A beef and broccoli quiche was there for my taking. Had some for dinner and it was devine. However, not a quiche in true sense of the word. Quiche has a custard base, egg and cream. This was a beautiful meat pie with great pastry crust and top layer of melted cheese. But who cares what you call it. It’s delicious

Lou had me hooked years ago when she delivered and sold pies from her SUV. Brick and morter hasn’t changed the fantastic flavor and love that goes into her craft nor the warm and friendly service. Put her on your must eat list. You truly won’t be disappointed .
