Captain Nemo would approve! Step aboard but be prepared to be immersed in a deep blue extremely well executed nautical fantasy setting. They have an excellent menu filled with creative and exciting choices (not all seafood!) along with a very nice set of prefix selections. Highlights of our meal include the ceviche, lobster tail, crunchy grouper, tuna tataki, burrata salad. Note: their table bread was simply outstanding. This easily rates as one of our best dining experiences in SWFL. It can get busy, so make sure you have a reservation.

@c_levelrestaurant a Modern American Restaurant with French influence has been a favorite of mine for since 2012! The “under the sea” ambience and the cuisine are second to none, sure to impress any guest.
This eclectic, hidden gem is located very close to Vanderbilt Dr. and Bonita Beach Rd. in a small plaza.
Let’s talk drinks they have an impressive fine wine selection and very unique, well thought out cocktail menu. We had the Spicy ️ Pornstar Martini Passion Fruit, Vanilla Vodka, Jalapeño and Lime .
We started our evening with their famous French Onion Soup which has to be served with scissors ✂️ so you can cut through the savory, melty cheese topping. OMG it was sooo good!
Next I ordered the beet salad which was equally amazing and flavorful, with pistachios and goat cheese.
Our main course was the winner with Tuna Tataki, Clevel Shell Combo, and the Rock Lobster Tail with Truffle Fries!

Dined at C level last week with my wife for the first time. Absolute gem of a restaurant. We had tuna tataki and Tornedos Rousini as entrees, and pate as appetizer. Everything from the moment we walked in to the minute we left was spectacular! Filet was perfectly cooked and pate was the best I ever had. We also had Cosmo 1934 and MC penicillin for drinks, both were out of this world. Service was also friendly and professional. Can’t wait to go back.

Went there for our anniversary. Food was ok. We didn’t want dessert and asked for the check. They brought out a fancy plate of chocolate cake and ice cream which we did not order. Thought is was an on-the-house Happy Anniversary gesture. Turns out we were charged for it. Thought that was a bit sneaky on their part.

I loved the restaurant—everything about the experience was wonderful. The food was absolutely outstanding, full of flavor and clearly prepared with care. The service was great, and our waitress, Amy, truly stood out; she was incredibly kind and very quick. On top of that, the environment was very clean and welcoming, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable.

Love the wait staff here. Rocco is awesome, timing of course was perfect. Started with Manhattans which were excellent. Started with French onion soup and wedge salad both good portions and very tasty. We shared the pork chop, extra $10 charge to split, but you get equal size sides so very worth it.

Cool, Under the sea motif, amazing food and service make this the perfect place to dine out. My wife and I loved the decor, the service, the food.. Elizabeth was great. Large wine and cocktail menu. Great desserts… My wife had filet and I had shrimp scampi and they were both fresh and seasoned to perfection. Great place for date night.

C-Level is hands-down our go to place for “cool wine bar atmosphere”. The Blue LED look is so neat. The food is phenomenal as is the service. Was my Birthday night out and I was not disappointed. The 140z Berkshire Porkchop was amazing! My Happy Birthday sundae courtesy of our server was awesome. Well done on all counts!

Filets for 2 people were cold so was brazino 2 other people ordered. One filet wasn’t finished properly medium rare instead of medium. Appetizers & desserts delicious. Service great. Great atmosphere. Specify u want hot food instead of having to send it back.
