Emily was our waitress today and she was fantastic! Very attentive. I had their special of the day, chili and grilled cheese with a side of onion rings. The chili is house-made which was delicious , the grilled cheese was grilled just right. The onion rings I think were also house-made and the best I’ve had in a while. My husband had the it Italian grinder and he said it was also very good. We will definitely be back.

We stopped here on my birthday weekend getaway. The staff is awesome, and pretzel was delicious. They have 4 dartboards and a pool table. 10/10 recommend.

2024. First time coming here. UUUUH MAZING. owner was here and he literally was the nicest person I’ve met. I will BE making the 3 hour drive back here to come back. Wonderful group of employees. I am the traveler. CJ’s is a off the Beatin path local bar. Got to say pulling up kinda was thinking whole in the wall. I was wrong service was awesome from Kensey, taco Tuesday $1.25 they are good toasted tortilla soft shells. Beer is cold. Locals friendly, and very clean place. Happy I stop and you should too.

The food it pretty typical for bar food. Not bad. Service can be touch and go. I’ve had really friendly and fun servers and I’ve had rude ones as well. Other patrons aren’t typically friendly so I don’t go here to make new friends. Mostly just go because it’s close. Not a bad dive to haunt from time to time though, overall.
