Im a trucker from out of town but my terminal is close by.. I rarely leave reviews anymore but this place definitely deserves the stars. I roll the dice alot on the road trying new places and I think I struck gold! Yesterday I had the beef in garlic sauce… blew my mind the quality and portions are great for the price! Today im having the chicken lo mein and again im convinced they just know wth they’re doing… good job guys!
Only down side is the inside is closed and it looks dead…dont be fooled by that.

I ordered two beef and vegetables. Dinner combination meals to go. In which at dinner time,the price and food portions. Are more, than during lunchtime. On the to go plate usually one section is the protein ( meat) item. And the other section is the rice. I got home and opened my orders. One section was a lot of fried rice. And the other section was fried rice under both meat items. To make make it look like it was equal portions. Of food that I ordered. I immediately called and asked for the mgr. The guy that works upfront and takes the food orders. Would not let me talk to the mgr or owner. Of CFU Chinese restaurant. And tried to make excuses for what I got. And actually blamed it on me. When I opened the to go orders. I told him no, that wasn’t true! And that no one shifted or wasted. Our two to go orders. I stated that someone in the kitchen. Purposely prepared our orders, that way! Because my wife and I checked both our meals. And there was fried rice under the meat item( protein). The guy upfront that ring, and takes. The customer’s food orders, again made excuses! And was real rude, arrogant, and had a bad attitude! About everything! he actually also told me to not to come back to the restaurant again! I used to stay in the area, of CFU Chinese restaurant. In Memphis, TN. For moved to another city. But stopped there This past Monday, because I was in the area. And had a taste for Chinese food. I spent around $30. For mostly rice on my two meals I ordered. My wife and I definitely got cheated! It’s no telling who else.CFU Chinese restaurant has been getting over on! I would definitely wouldn’t recommend this Chinese restaurant to anyone! I would have rated to them a zero. For what happened! But I had to at least rate a 1 to write as review I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Concerning this matter! This is not how customer service is supposed to be done!

Food is good but prices are extremely high compared to other similar restaurants and he doesn’t tell you the prices unless you ask. Seems like the prices keep going up. $16 for 12 wings (not whole wings) is ridiculous! Shrimp fried rice is $13. Be expected to spend at least 25-30 when coming here and not getting a lot of food for that price.

Fried rice is great. Shredded carrots, hand cut bell pepper and even had some broccoli florets in it. I will return and bring a friend.

C Fu is consistent and good. The Jalapeño wings are my go to meals here. If you haven’t tried them – do so! The fried rice is hit or miss; more hit than miss. Lunch time is my go to but I’ve gone during dinner time as well and it’s been the same good.

When I read the reviews I was hyped to try but when I got the food I was greatly disappointed. The pork fried rice was sticky and not fresh. The jalapeno wings were wings with sauteed jalapenos and greens onion strewn on top, not what I had in mind at all with no real spicy taste without eating the two together. The eggrolls were a bit tough to bite/pull and were not fresh with no meat that I could taste after two bites. This is the first chinese restaurant that served shrimp broccoli with no other veggies such as carrots or onions. It was very bland but the shrimp was fresh and broccoli was just okay to me. Overall I would not go back.
