First time here. Due to dinner plans, ordered the fried chicken and herbed Parmesan fries online. Pick up was fast. The chicken was a good sized piece. The mayo had good flavor. The bacon was super thin and its flavor was lost in the rest of the sandwich. The fries were very seasoned to almost too much Parmesan to make the fries too salty. Good sized portion though. Will be back for the burger. Didn’t eat there but not that busy for lunchtime on a Monday. A bit of a patio with overhead heat lamps.

I ordered the eponymous C Burger (double patties), and holy cow, that was probably one of the best damn burgers I’ve had in my life! The beef was incredibly juicy, the bacon was perfectly crisped, and the peppers and the sauce complimented the rest of the sandwich perfectly. The flavors all popped without overshadowing each other whatsoever, truly a perfect symphony of a burger. Oh, and the tallow fries were fantastic. I forgot how much better fries can be when they’re cooked in animal fat. Aside from the food, the staff were super friendly, and the place feels like an upscale In-N-Out. They just opened, and most places start out strong before slowing down a bit, but hopefully they keep it up!

Burger was delicious, superb really.
The kiosk ordering had some major flaws though.
1) The Burger Special is more like a “Special Burger” not necessarily a special in the sense that it was a meal deal (does not include fried and drink)
2) Ordering from the Kiosk is more expensive for the same item than ordering in person off the menu. That sucked to realized after placing my order and waiting at the bar.

Service was great very friendly food was fine but the patties are very small. I got a single and was very hungry afterwards. If there’s a next time double for sure but I shouldn’t need a double burger to fill up. Fries were good but also small portions.

i’m obsessed with this place!! my favorite is the traditional C-burger and it’s so amazing! I also love the parmesan tallow fries. Best place to get a good priced burger around downtown Boulder. 🙂 And a bonus is that the meat comes from regenerative farms.

What can I say about C Burger? A whole heck of a lot. Honestly, some of it probably belongs in a legally binding affidavit.

I’m a local patron, which means I’ve been here enough times that my opinion should probably count as peer-reviewed research. The menu is small because it doesn’t miss. Not once. No weak links. No “why did I order this?” regrets. I wouldn’t be mad at more limited-edition burgers popping up now and then either.

If I could sneak a couple additions onto the menu, maybe some chicken wings making a guest appearance someday wouldn’t hurt. And if my local sports team showed up on the TVs a little more often, I’d basically have to start forwarding my mail here. At that point it’s less a restaurant and more a civic center with burgers.

The burgers are ridiculous. Cooked perfectly, juicy without being messy, and somehow every bite tastes like the best one. The buns hold up, the toppings make sense, and it’s the kind of burger that makes you stop mid-conversation and go, “Hold on… this is really good.” You can tell someone back there actually cares.

The staff is the real magic. Friendly, funny, and welcoming in a way that feels real. They remember your face, your order, and somehow never judge you when you say, “Yeah… I’ll do another round,” like it’s the first time you’ve said it tonight. Shoutout to Lara, Sarah, and Dylan — absolute legends. Kind, sharp, and very good at what they do, and fully responsible for turning a “quick bite” into a full-blown evening. It’s not just good service either. It’s the kind where you actually feel taken care of. They check in without hovering, joke around without forcing it, and keep things moving even when it’s busy. You can tell they like being there, which makes you like being there too.

The vibe is casual and comfortable, and extremely good at deleting time. If you like great burgers, cold drinks, good people, and accidentally developing a personality trait called “I go to C Burger a lot,” do yourself a favor and stop in.

This is one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. I stopped in for lunch expecting to take it to go but decided to sit down – and I’m glad I did. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and their attention to detail made the whole experience excellent.

I’m usually a bit hesitant when a new spot leans on buzzwords, but I was genuinely impressed with the food. The burgers are smashed and come with crispy, caramelized edges and melty cheese. The fries are cooked in beef tallow and are perfectly golden and crisp. You can build your burger from scratch, which is a huge plus for someone as picky as I am.

I even decided to get some soft serve to go – and I’m glad I did. I don’t know of another place in Boulder that offers it. I’d highly recommend stopping here after a hike for a satisfying and delicious lunch.

I don’t understand the point to this place. I was drawn in by the appeal of 100% grass feed, organic, regenerative beef and tallow for frying. But then their fries are mediocre and dry with “parmesan” that tastes like the fake cardboard Walmart Parmesan. Then their burger reminds me more of a Wendy’s burger. And why advertise seed oil free but still use canola oil in the mayo which is used often for sauces? And why have the style of cheap burger joint food but then be a “sit-down” restaurant with waiters and have a focus on more expensive beef and tallow?

My advice is to focus on making the place more of a premium fast casual to target higher end customers in Boulder. And make sure the food is premium as well. I want to see more places with good meat succeed but this place is trying to be too many things at once.

Then again, considering the massive alcohol bar, maybe this place is focused on party night customers. Idk, but it’s not somewhere I’d ever go back to just eat at

Unhealthy fast food under the guise of “regenerative” beef. Nothing healthy or clean about this place. None of the other ingredients are local, organic or clean. Cheap bacon, barely any toppings – I paid extra for bbq sauce, crispy onions and jalapeños and I couldn’t taste any of them. Save your money and go to Wild Pastures. Also, no healthy soda options. We asked where the ginger beer was from they said Denver but it was from Mass and has high fructose corn syrup in it. They are definitely cutting corners when it comes to ingredients. Staff was super friendly though just wish they put intention into quality ingredients if they are going to plaster local regenerative across everything.

This burger spot is awesome. It’s a delicious creamy smash burger. It’s simple, in all the right ways. The beef is locally raised regenerative meat and you can taste the difference. The price is right – a gourmet burger and fries for under $20. I have a service animal and they offered him a dog patty.
