Award winning BBQ sitting next to an excellent Whiskey Distillery. You can eat inside, outside, or take out from this food trailer. Look for the big yellow trailer in the parking lot. Park on Meadowbrook parkway under the big white Distillery letters on the 3 story brown building. Near Marksheffel and Hwy 24. We now have ribs daily until sold out, we sell out of our delicious burnt ends daily. We always try to have all the other favorites in stock at all times! Available for delivery on Door dash as well.

Came here after work and wasn’t expecting much, but I was BLOWN AWAY! The brisket sandwich was delicious and paired so well with the peach habenero sauce. The bbq beans have a bit of heat and great texture and the cornbread casserole was also great. It’s some of the best BBQ in town and is half the price you would expect!

Wife and I visiting from Arkansas stopped and the food was delicious. We split a plate option with an appetizer. Everything had good flavor and good size portions. We opted to eat outside highly recommend great atmosphere comfortable dining.

Pulled pork sandwich was awesome, but the bun itself was quite meh.
Cheese curds were absolutely great!
The sauce game here is on point with both the dipping sauce for the curds and the BBQ sauce on the sandwich being outstanding.
The coleslaw holds it’s own, tart and creamy.

AMAZING!!! I recommend everyone to try it. I got ribs and my husband got a pulled pork sandwich and it was great. Price was fair for the amount of food we got. It is our new go to BBQ spot.

Coming from Texas, I’ve had some great BBQ brisket, but I have to say that B’z brisket sandwich rivals some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had in Texas. Their coleslaw mates perfectly with their homemade peach habanero BBQ sauce, and their beans are THE BEST I’ve ever had, hands down. Thanks for an awesome lunch! Highly recommend!

Damn good BBQ! We tried the brisket sandwich, ribs, and popper dip and loved everything. The mango habanero sauce is as advertised and very good. A nice little hidden gem that is a must try for BBQ lovers.

B’z catered wings for our corporate office today. Was left underwhelmed. The wings were rubbery and chewy. The fat was far from rendered and the skin was miles from crisp. I tried BBQ, Buffalo and Teriyaki – all the sauces were thin and lacked bold flavor. The dressings seemed mass produced and the blue cheese was far from tangy. In a city where here is other great BBQ to be had, I personally won’t be seeking them out.
