This are definitely not the same ppl. As the business has switched hands. The food was not the same. Food came out as soon as I ordered which was strange. The grits were lukewarm and soupy. The bacon was cold and old. The eggs were extremely over cooked. I couldn’t finish any of it. Even the soda was as flat…. Now I remember why I stopped coming.

I originally came in for the barbecue—which is always good—but this visit was for breakfast, and I was genuinely impressed. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the grits were spot-on, the potatoes were seasoned and done just right, and the biscuits were excellent.
What really stood out was the service. The employees were extremely attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of without ever feeling rushed. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a barbecue joint—comfortable, welcoming, and full of character.
And a special shoutout to Mark—he truly runs the show and does an outstanding job. You can tell he takes pride in the place and the experience customers have.

Exceptional service, quick delivery of fresh flavorful food. I had the smoked turkey sandwich on white bread with hot bbq sauce, lettuce, tomato & cheese. A little messy for the car so I’ll get it on a bun next time. Definitely look forward to trying more of their menu.

Food was good. Brunswick stew was tasty but not very chunky. The coleslaw reminded me of KFC, real small pieces. The chopped BBQ may have come through a grinder.

They said this was the best bbq around Auburn. I would have to say I’ve had better. The Brunswick stew was subpar, and the potato salad was more like a loaded baked potato. The bbq itself was good. Did care for the sauce. Wish there was a vinegar based sauce.
