Incredible home cooked pub fare- and a fare bit better an’ I can grab at home! A pound of chili in a bowl and the clam chowder is fresh as the sea! Come on! You can beat this anywhere!

The atmosphere in there was very welcoming. It felt authentic. I had the BLT and some wings from here. The bread was crisp to perfection. My wings came out hot and tasty. The service makes me want to come back even more. I could stay there all day.

We really enjoyed it here, the staff were friendly. Our server knew the menu and could recommend beers that went with the food you ordered. My husband and I both had the bangers and mash for entrees and soft pretzels for appetizers. Definitely going back again, I also had the bloody mary very tasty.

My favorite meals are: shepherd’s pie, Olivia’s Sandwich (salmon with ginger coleslaw), smoked salmon BLT, and their chili. Great beer selection. Traditional Irish music (reels, jigs, hornpipes, airs) played by 8-12 acoustic instruments every Tuesday from 6-8 since 2014!

Just had drinks, but everyone’s food looked great. Staff were very attentive. Atmosphere relaxing. A group came in to play some Irish music on their instruments. Set the mood for an Irish Pub

Byrnes offers a charmingly decorated setting that perfectly complements its hearty and flavorful fare. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a taste of traditional Irish cuisine with a local twist. The food and drinks are consistently good, with standouts like the rich and comforting Irish coffee, which I absolutely love.
Among the menu’s highlights are the Leprechaun Balls, Irish Quesadillas, traditional Bangers & Mash, and Shepherd’s Pie, all of which deliver on taste and authenticity. The Bread and Butter Pudding is another must-try, offering a delightful finish to any meal. The only slight disappointment was the pretzels, which were unfortunately too salty. However, the generally nice and attentive staff more than make up for this small misstep, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Patrick and his staff were so accommodating for a group of 20 for lunch. Food was delicious and served quickly during a very busy lunch time. Ideal place to eat in the heart of Brunswick.

Our waiter was brand new, but the supporting staff was very attentive and helped the server. We had the Irish Quesadilla,an excellent version! And they serve Magners, cider that you rarely find in the US.
