I worked with Kasia to get a cake made for my daughter’s baptism, I only had to email her a few times (in one day!) to get the order placed which was important to me. I love being able to work with someone quickly! One month went by and I picked up my cake and it was just as I described and tasted even better. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, do it!

I am a home baker who bakes what I like. My husband loves “classic” desserts. So, we ordered Pumpkin and Pecan pie for Thanksgiving. Guests all loved the pies. Even the gluten free person ate pie and loved it even tho she knew? We pre-ordered and paid in person, very good and realistic price. Pick up was easy and super efficient, they even told us which to refrigerate. As a first time customer, we will order again, but maybe a fruit or cream pie something I don’t bake. As I do not eat pumpkin or pecan.I think we sent alot of new well deserved business their way!

I ordered a small cake for a baby shower and it was a mess! When I picked it up I thought it looked buckled on one side but the box was stapled so we didn’t open it all the way. When I got to our venue I opened it right away and the layers were sinking and sliding. The design (art work) was horrible and the writing was shaky. I called the following week and was asked to send pictures which I did and never heard from anyone even after I reached out a second time! So disappointed, I have gotten what we considered our special cakes always from By The Dozen but never again.

We had an online order and the young ladies checked to make sure everything was there as they passed it over to us. Everything was exactly as ordered, packed well, and delicious! Next time we are in the area we will definitely plan to stop here again.

Very Disappointed all our Xmas cookies are so hard we can’t enjoy them spent $71 dollars had to throw them away that’s how bad they were and tasteless. Candy was a joke. Never ever get anything from here kinda spoiled our Christmas.

I ordered a custom cake for my daughters birthday in last January. I was instructed to send email of my complaint. The cake sides were falling, the writing tinted everyone’s lips purple. Taste horrible. I haven’t heard a word from them. We will never return. I also made a Facebook review. I will spread my review every month since they want to ignore my complaint and pictures of how they claim to stand behind their horrible work.

So my danish is underdone. Literally chewing on dough. And it’s slimy. And it’s just the middle of the danish. The outer corners were fine. But for $10 is should be completely done.
