The service was wonderful, and the food was great. We got the family bundle for about $50 it was a large spaghetti with meatballs and it came with a salad and garlic bread, we also got two 2 liter sodas and then we got a small Alfredo and a small spaghetti for $30. The portions were great and filling. We will definitely be coming here again.

Second Visit Was As Good As The First. Ordered For An Event. They Listened To Exactly What I Wanted. I Ordered Family Spaghetti. With Extra Meatballs. Second Time I Changed It Up. I’m not even a customer and just had to rate how bad it was. Someone asked me to try it without telling me how terrible the spaghetti was. I could make better spaghetti at 10 years old with some sauce and a box of noodles. (This is to reply to your response, bring it on. Call the police on me then.This isn’t a fictiuous review. This actually happened. If you are eating your own spaghetti and you think it tastes good, then you need to stop making spaghetti. Food tasted great! Customer Service was great, resturant was super clean. Just think its a little over priced for something that doesn’t really come with protein unless you get a certain meal, even then it only comes with 1 meatball or you can add more for $2 each meat ball etc. I can go to panda get a plate for $8 with two protein and enough rice/chow mein to equal the amount of pasta provided.

We were drawn in by the amazing customer service from the owner. He let us sample a meatball and I was immediately impressed. I’m not a big fan of spaghetti but I crave it now and then. The marinara sauce was seasoned well and had chunks of tomatoes. The noodles were cooked just right. The garlic bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. So good!! Overall, we will be coming back and only to this location as we were blown away by the friendliness and kindness of the owner. Establishment is very clean inside. Cost is more than worth it. We ended up sharing a small bucket and it was perfect for two people who aren’t super hungry. Ignore the horrible quality of the photo. We ate in the car.

Came here for the first time last night. I had slept all day from driving back from Cali, picked up my daughter snd she wanted spaghetti. Not only was the food so perfect, speaking with Brandon also made my night. We chatted about the food there and where I had recently gone in Cali. I got her a small spaghetti with meat sauce and a side of chicken parm. He even told me how to keep my bread crispy while in transit to my home!! Above and beyond for customer service! By the Bucket is fantastic, both in food quality and in service! From the moment you enter, you’re greeted with friendliness and passion for the craft of spaghetti. The owner himself worked the counter and was lively as he did so, beaming smiles and explaining all the menu options knowledgeably. While he prepared my meal by hand himself, he told jokes and entertained me and other patrons. The bring a vape promo discount was awesome and fun as well! Now, to discuss the food! The spaghetti and sauce were delicious and well portioned. The meatballs were phenomenally moist and perfectly melt-in-your-mouth. The garlic bread is toasty yet nicely soft in the mouth. Everything is great. 10/10 would recommend.

Update: The delicious meatballs are always on my mind. Whenever I eat meatballs back at home now, I’m reminded of my at-home-meatballs’ inadequacy compared to By the Bucket meatballs. If you’re nearby, I implore you go and try a life changing meatball.

I got the lunch special which includes a Small bucket with a meatball, garlic bread, and a beverage. The meatball and bread were tasty. The spaghetti was a bit mushy for my personal taste. I’m more of an al dente type of pasta person. Sauce was a bit sweet. It’s is a whole lotta food for one person. The place is a true order and go place with no seating which is totally fine. The service was good but a bit slow and the place itself was on thr warm/hot side while waiting for my order. Beverages are 16 oz Pepsi products and Gatorade.
