Went last week for the first time. Had heard mix reviews.
I personally thought it was good/ok.
I thought some of the food was really good and some was ok. The hamburger flatbread was good but could have had more meat. The pretzel bites were not my favorite and the chicken wings were good. Some friends I say had a fish sandwich, they loved it!! They also had a salad that looked delicious.
The waitress was very sweet. She did have a lot to handle I believe because they had people call in, but she seemed to be trying her best !!
The atmosphere is ok not sure why but I have been told that the both the Union and the Covington By Golly’s do not have an inviting atmosphere.
It was very chilly I put my coat on a few times to warm up but it is winter and was sitting by the window.
Will try again . I understand they are new and still working the kinks out!

Fabulous first visit on a Saturday after FC Cincy match. Seated quickly and drink orders taken, then food orders taken timely. Have to say drinks were very good (had a Jameson w/Sprite) and made correctly! Had a Johnny Boy smash burger, sooooo verrrrry GOOD!! Nicely priced and served pretty much on time!! Server very attentive and multiple employees engaged to make sure all was well. Well deserved their high rating!!

Went here on Wednesday, the hostess was very friendly and kind.
We got sat pretty quickly and right away we were placing drink orders. Brooke was our server and was on top of everything, refills, checking in, and she even went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. 10/10 and will be going back soon.

I have had 4 pleasant experiences each time I’ve been here it just gets better and better. The food isn’t bad. The service is definitely good. And the atmosphere is just wonderful. Sit at the bar and have a couple drinks, food gets to you relatively quickly, even with a pretty busy dinning room.

We visited today and each had a smash burger. Brookelle was a fabulous serve. She answered all of our questions as we were first timers. The resturant was super clean. Both girls working were super courteous ans attentive. Brookelle brought us refills and we never had to ask. She made sure we had napkins and anything else we asked for. The manager even stepped out and asked us a few others in the dining room how things were and if we enjoyed our experience. I hope the resturant has much success in Union. I love staff that work together as a team and they did just that! The burgers were delish. Waffle fries, onions rings and fried pickles were perfect. We really enjoyed the food and will be back on dollar wing night soon as our server invites us back for it.

Ordered carryout first night… burnt my burger to the point it was crispy and black with holes you could literally look thru… took it back, showed the manager and she fixed it. Burger was great! Fish sandwich phenomenal, chicken tenders amazing! We ordered the next night too to try more. Everything delicious…But the service needs to figure some things out. Everyone was kind, but I called in tonight, got what im assuming was the bartender, and he said he was too busy to take my order and asked me to wait… fine. Spent 15 minutes on hold just hearing bar background noise and nobody ever came back to the phone. My husband walked in to place the order because apparently nobody can on the phone. I know they are a new restaurant, but they need to step it up when it comes to helping people over the phone. So far 2/3 not so great experiences.

Went there today around lunch… It was packed. The atmosphere was fun and lively. The Host was awesome and our waitress was very sweet and social. Amazing Bloody Marys! But the food was not good. Husband and I both got a burger that was barely edible. The buns were ice cold, burger was burnt and there was no seasoning used. Our son got wings, he said they were good amd they looked good. Prices were very reasonable. We’ll try again because the staff was friendly and attentive, even while very busy and seriously, if you like a good bloody mary…. they make a great one. Probably go watch a game and have a couple drinks but needs to work on the food.

I’ve been twice since grand opening I was happy to see it so busy. I sat at the bar with a few friends Our bartender (Brittaney)was fabulous. She was very friendly and helpful during our wait time. I had the black and bleu burger (could use a little more cheese) and waffle fries and it was divine. With all new places it takes a minute to work it all out. We will definitely be back. Welcome to the neighborhood

Couldn’t tell you how the food was. Took awhile to get seated there was no hostess. Once we were seated our server was super nice but we waited 52 min after we ordered before we left. There were about 4+ tables around us that were there before us and were still waiting. Couldn’t imagine waiting over an hour for our meals
