Service is always fantastic. I personally love the bar sports local feel of the aesthetic. They smash for the burgers are fantastic. I love the burger sauce. Normally burn places aren’t memorable to me. This place is not able to be. The only other burger place that is memorable to me in and out, so that’s pretty good. I’m gluten-free and their buns are awesome and their sides are great too. The location in Covington is a vibe too

A classic low-key sports bar that delivers exactly what you’d expect and in the best way. The burger was fresh, the waffle fries hit the spot, and the hot honey chicken & waffle was a pleasant surprise. Nothing groundbreaking or fancy, but that’s not why you come here. On the dive bar scale, this is an easy 5 stars.

By Golly, this place was wonderful! Burgers were killer and loved the waffle fries. Service was fast, friendly, and welcoming. Great bar and dining area. They have a loaded menu of options from sandwiches to salads to flatbreads & apps. A solid addition to Covington! My wife enjoyed her Johnny Boy Burger (think Big Boy). I devoured the BG’s Bacon & Cheddar Burger. Had a great experience and will be back soon! Yummo .

The staff was very friendly and we got our food fresh and hot.
Got burgers, fried pickles, onion rings, chicken tenders, and cheese fries.
The food was fine. But nothing was particularly exceptional. My burger was dry and under seasoned but my wife said hers may have been over seasoned. So bit of an inconsistentancy there. The chicky tendies were good. So we’re the fried pickles and onion rings. Cannot recommend the cheese fries, however. They use a cheese sauce which was not good. Tasted artificial.
Definitely want to go back and give them another shot, maybe try some different items. But not in a huge hurry to do so.

We stopped in here today for a work lunch, and the food was very good, but the service wasn’t. We sat there for half an hour or more, just waiting to order our drinks. Five stars for your good food but three stars or less for poor service.

My dad & my daughter (3-year-old) went during lunch time on a Friday & it was a great experience. The staff were attentive & friendly, which is sometimes hard to find when you bring a young child to a restaurant. I had the bbq bacon burger with broccoli and it was delicious & my kid loved her chicken tenders with pineapple (not grilled like it normally is). We will be back!

My Hot Italian Sub and grilled pineapples were fantastic. Highly recommend the food. Tons of gluten free options also available. My girlfriend really enjoyed her gluten free steak hoagie, pictured. They have dedicated gluten free fryers for all of the gluten free options.

Parking-we had my 85yo mom with us and drove around 3 blocks to try and find a handicap parking spot. None available. Finally found a spot in the pay lot ($8.00/2 hrs) about a half a block walk so not bad. There is also metered parking on the street in front of the restaurant but none were available. We were seated right away, only 2 or 3 other tables at 5pm on Friday night. Ordered pretzel bites, when they came out we tried to stab one with a fork and it almost flew across the table it was so hard (had a good laugh). Our waitress was super nice and took them back and brought cheese sticks. We each tried one and nothing fancy about them. Next up was a pepperoni flatbread, had good pizza sauce but a little on the fluffy side for us. Next we had the cheeseburger quesadilla and wow that made up for everything. Delicious!! One of the best we’ve had in a long time. Last item was a pizza hoagie, that turned out to be one of the best (10 out of 10)! Will definitely be back, minus the pretzel bites.

Stopped in for a solo lunch today and sat down the bar. Met Sean who was awesome and had phenomenal service. Drinks are well made and the food was on point. I had the special cheeseburger which was a Carolina with Cole slaw and some waffle fries. Definitely a good place to get in and out for lunch quickly and I would recommend coming back.

I sure hope that you can figure out the quirks here, otherwise this might be the first restaurant to close up shop in the Promenade.
We went yesterday. 60+ for lunch for 2. Every bit of our order (app, sides, sandwiches) were made incorrectly and there were only 2 other tables there. Our server was either high or deeply struggling in the role. The payment tablet you bring out with the first option being a 30% tip was next level.
Also, when accepting deliveries, they should be going through a service entrance and not drug through the dining area. Yikes.
