We are Mainly Scratch Made Chef Inspired Menu Pub and Grill. We Pride ourselves in High Quality Fresh made Menu Items. We Smoke Our Own Meats, Hand Patty our Certified Angus Ground Beef that’s never been Frozen, Hand Cut and Tenderize our Pork Tenderloins, Chicken Fried Chicken and Steak, Chicken Tenders, Boneless Wings, Make our own Fresh Salsa, Pico, Salad Dressings. We use a Local Greenhouse to produce Organically Grown Lettuce. We hand stretch our own dough for our Gormet Pizzas. To sum it all up we use High Quality Ingredients Combined with a Great Staff to Serve Amazing Food, Drinks to our Very Loyal Customers.

It’s just as the name says. Its good pub grub at a good price. Its a great place to relax have a drink and get a tasty burger or tenderloin sandwich.

The food and staff are amazing! Most items are homemade like their pork tenderloin, so tender and cooked perfectly. We love their onion rings, wings, burgers, and salads. The lettuce is locally grown and super fresh. I have never had a bad meal there.Great variety on their menu, from appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, pizza and dinners. The portions are huge and for a great price. Plan on leftovers. Reynee and Sammi were awesome! They both were very friendly, smiling, refilling drinks and checking on their customers. It’s refreshing to have servers and employees act like they want to be there and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend BW’s in Ashland, NE for food, drinks, and Keno!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The servers here are phenomenal, they make you feel welcome, make sure that your food gets to you in a timely manner, and that it is exactly what you ordered! The atmosphere here isn’t some loud music bar, but rather a relaxed, moderately quiet pub vibe, that has keno and a couple game machines to play with some good music in the background. And the food is delicious! Tried their new bread bowl with their cheddar bacon and potato soup and couldn’t get enough of it! The soup was hot, bread bowl toasted, and together was the perfect dinner on a chilly night.
My only complaint was that each drink I tried to order, they were missing a liquor of some sort that it needed. I eventually settled on something they could make, but would have loved it if they had enough variety in their liquor to make the drink I requested. More variety to their liquor selection would make this place top notch and the best place to go to in Ashland!

Overall this was a bad experience.
We arrived at 617 pm. It was packed and we ended up waiting about 20 min for a table for the 4 adults and 2 children we had. Once seated, We waited a good while before we even put our order in. Our order included an appetizer of cheese curds.
We did not get our appetizer of cheese curds until 800pm. That was least an hour after ordering.
Once the food came, there were many negatives that overcame the few positives. For starters, my fathers onions rings were fried to an absolute crisp. They cut your mouth they were so hard. That and the sauce that came with them was very surprisingly spicy. But he said to me “Not to worry, at least my meat is cold”.
My mother’s fish sandwich was not great to the point where she only ate half of it. She said she’s had a better fish sandwich from Culver’s.
My sandwich was the Brisket, sausage, and pork mix covered in a nacho cheese and jalapeños. The cheese was tasteless. The jalapeños were not spicy(where I would have expected the spice to be). There were also two giant hunks of cartilage that were unedible. Not something you would expect to find in a savory meat sandwich. The baked Beans I had were decent. They had a good medium spicy sauce.
The highlight of the food were the cheesecurds. They were fried just right.
I would like to recommend this place, but there are just too many negatives.

I’m off in times willing to overlook that dive bar experience and atmosphere so long as the food is exceptional, in fact there’s something really unique and attractive about a place like that, that almost seems a little like a dump inside but knocks it out of the ballpark with the food. Unfortunately this place has never been that way, I skipped going here for about the last 5 years because I remember that just not being that good and some of the guys we work with wanted to go so we went this last week. I ordered the nachos, at first glance they looked great, but as soon as I dug in, for some odd reason they over-spiced the meat, like horribly over spiced it, it tasted like black pepper like somebody just dumped half a can of black pepper and then hit it with a little too much salt also. It was just a bizarre weird taste because of that. Service was decent, but they were flies all over the place, flies were getting on our face flies were flying and landing on our glasses, and against the front window there must have been a hundred flies all up in different places, they need to do something about that.it’s really not a horrible place overall, I suppose it’s decent for ashland, but there’s better places to be had even in the Ashland area. As I understand it Keno is a big part of the draw there and we don’t play keno, so that’s a big Plus for some that’s not going to be affected in this review

Small town vibe, amazing food! 911 burger and tater tots are the best. Brussel sprouts are the next best! So many amazing choices! The servers are great, food gets done fast, quality is so good and the place is clean. Love going there! Gone in minutes, so yummy!❤️

Wow!! Some of the best onion rings I have had in awhile! So crunchy with amazing flavor! The place is spacious and a fun atmosphere! If you are into Keno this place has it!! The server was friendly and let us take our time to order! I love the chicken wrap with the Asian sauce! It was light and perfect for the evening! We will be back!! Yummmmmmy!!

Had lunch there with my 14 yr old grandson. He had the bbq bacon burger and fries and I had the 911 burger and fries. Both were very good and plentiful. Service was fast and friendly with small town sports bar vibe.

We waiting about an hour and a half for our food, it came out very cold and did not taste good at all. The server was nice, but messed up the orders a couple of times. The manager offered a %15 discount as compensation. Overall I would not recommend this place and I will not be coming back.
